Ostello Surf Resort

I stayed here three nights while I was in Midigama. The owner is incredibly sweet and always available on WhatsApp. As I visited during off-season the restaurants were closed so she made me a delicious dinner for a very cheap price the first night. The room was spacious with a big bed and 10 min walking distance to the beach. Also the WiFi works great

The family is always ready to help you and available by whatsapp. You can ask them for food/drinks/laundry. The room was also big and comfortable. We could also drop our bags of early and park out tuktuk. Really nice and safe spot to stay!!

Nice location (5 min walk to midigama beach).
Clean room with a confortable bed and a big bathroom.
You have a mosquito net.
It can be hot sometime but the fan is enough during the night and you can let the Windows open.
Hosts are super nice and available on WhatsApp.

The family host is so nice. They made my stay in Midigama really good. They helped me with everything.
Wifi works and close you have a laundry and restaurants. Definitely, I will repeat it here, and I recommend it 100%

It was so clean and the host was so lovely. I got sick before in a hostel that's why I moved to a private room and they took such good care of me. Can recommend it highly.

Really kind family, all take super good car of you. There's a great breakfast for a cheap price. Surf is just around the corner. The room is very big and clean and nothing was missing. I had great sleep. The owner organized the scooter rental for me which was great. There's laundry service as well. When it was raining they got me a take away, which was super sweet! Thank you and I will be back!

I had an amazing stay at Ostello Surf Hostel, the room is very clean and new. The hostel owners were very kind en helpen me with everything! Is a nice place if you want a bit of rest on your own!

local family. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The bathroom was huge and very clean.

Very nice accommodation for little money. Very well located in Midigama and the family is super nice and helpful!

Tharu and Nilu welcome you with a smile and are the most helpfull during the stay. They will do their best to make you feel at home and love having a chat over a cup of tea or a juice.
The accomodation is located away from the noise and bustle of town yet is located close to the center and the beach.
The room itself is modern and spacious with a comfortable bed. It features a large bathroom as well.

Super clean and spacious, I liked the atmosphere they created with the lights the most (really rare to get soft warm light in a room!)

Beautiful standing apart room in the heart of a really kind family. Beautiful location slightly remote into the jungle yet few minute away from the main road.

Very tidy and clean! New room and washroom. The family here is very kind and welcoming. It's located very close to the beach. I highly recommend staying here, very good value, and quiet. Felt very comfortable and safe here. They also invited me to play carrom with them which was great fun! Will be back next time I visit from Canada!
