To be honest, I didn’t find anything particularly pleasant about this hotel.

To be honest, I didn’t find anything pleasant about this hotel.
Because the correct address was not provided, the taxi driver I had taken went the wrong way and then tried to charge me extra. While I was arguing with him about it, the receptionist started shouting at me, saying, “Pay the man quickly, you have no right to take someone’s money!!!” even though she had absolutely no idea what had happened. The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful.
The room had cockroaches, the toilet flush was broken, and there was constant water noise all night long. On top of that, a lady at the reception was talking loudly on the phone late at night, making it impossible to sleep. The towels were torn, and the sofas were extremely dirty.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Wir mussten diese Unterkunft leider stornieren, da uns ein Zimmer ohne Fenster angeboten wurde und die ganzen Wände voller Schimmel waren. Es wurde versucht den Schimmel mit einem Vorhang zu überdecken. Ein anderes Zimmer für uns gäbe es nicht.
Das Hotel ist direkt neben einer Baustelle und sah im Generellen ziemlich unsauber aus.

Großer Pluspunkt: die Frau an der Rezeption lies uns die Unterkunft kostenfrei stornieren

Pros:

Все понравилось, соответствовало ожиданиям. Жилье искали в последний момент еще и на троих человек. В центре города все было сильно дороже, нашли этот вариант, не шикарный но все хорошо. Кое-что нужно подремонтировать в отеле, на ресепшене была мега-гостеприимная очаровательная мадам. Хороший вид из окна.

Cons:

Чуть дальше , чем хотелось бы. Вечером немного пусто рядом.

L’hôtel est pas mal situé, à 10 minutes du marché « Vernissage ».

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas du tout comme sur les photos, la photo indique une belle salle de bain moderne mais ce n’était pas la même. La propreté n’était pas au rendez vous. Lorsque j’ai poussé le lit un tas de poussière énorme. La dernière nuit un cafard était dans notre lavabo de notre salle de bain. Le prix n’était pas très cher vu sur internet mais au final on se rend compte pourquoi. J’ai quand même demandé au gérant s’il ne s’était pas trompé de chambre et il m’a simplement répondu « c’est la chambre que vous avez réservé, je peux vous rembourser et partir si vous voulez ». Sachant que nous venions de prendre l’avion et que nous étions fatigué nous voulions nous reposer, nous ne voulions pas perdre de temps à retrouver un autre hotel.

Персонал, администратор очень внимательный и вежливый! Мы заселялись очень поздно глубокой ночью , нас встретили, ждали, все было готово к нашему приезду! Спасибо большое!

More than perfect
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations on places to visit nearby and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel you’ll feel truly welcomed and have a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean.

Δεν ειχε εξαερισμο στο δωματιο και ειχε πολυ ασχημη μυρωδια!Το δωματιο ηταν στην ρεσεψιον κοντα και ακουγοταν η φασαρια απο το διπλα δωματιο και την ρεσεψιον!Το δωματιο στις 4 μερες που μειναμε δεν καθαριστηκε ουτε μια φορα .
