There was Air conditioning, 3+ outlets in the room, one outside where we had 2 chairs and a table to eat drink talk both right and left was a wall so the neighbours wouldnt see us or if they smoked it would not come directly towards us. Small tv was also in the room but we didn't use. Very friendly staff, there was a nice women that was cleaning, giving us toilet paper or garbage bags daily so highly appreciated. Orange cat was also a friendly buddy. Plenty of tables to eat. I really enjoyed the shade and the trees in the yard, the smell of linden was very good, we had a electric kettle and candles we enjoyed. Host wasn't good in English but knew to use phone for communication so no problems there. Stairs were easy to climb, room had 2 windows that can be opened and a door + bathroom fan. The main window had mosquito net so you can keep it open at night. Hot water was instant as our room had boiler and it came very fast with good pressure. The entrance door was always locked.
Wifi is slow, might not be their fault as this is the network speed in the area but had to stay on roaming where it was usable.
Worst problem, might even be the only problem was the bathroom smell. At least for our room it was heavily smelling of canal in the morning. The smell that was coming from the drain was intense we couldn't sleep with the bathroom door open to have water moisture evaporate because in the morning the smell was horrible. We found a way to block it in the night so that morning the bathroom was usable but keep this in mind if you are easily startled by smells.
While there was parking it was always on the street, the host was putting some water bottles near the house but it wasn't a certainty you could find. We didn't have problems to find but worth keeping in mind if you plan on going to the beach by car daily.
It's not the closest to the beach, but manageable if luggage is light.
