Greta place to stay in the centre of Luang Prabang
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Bed comfy and air conditioning works well.

Cons:

Room is starting to look a bit tired. Could do with a freshen up. Smell of drains from the bathroom. The breakfast is very basic.

Pleasant experience
Pros:

Host & staff were lovely & even with minimal English very helpful especially when I had issues on my leaving day. The location is good. Close to temple, river & restaurants etc. breakfast fine tho no fresh OJ & /or English tea /millk'. Hot showers & comfortable bed.

Cons:

I didn't get the mountain view room as stated in the booking. Thought it to be a little over priced even for 'old quarter area

Center of Luang Prabang!
Pros:

I felt so welcome at the hotel! It was very clean and the location is PERFECT. Right there in the center. The receptionist Giang helped me to carry my bag to the room (I was injured) and helped me with many of my questions.

Booking excursions and transport at the hotel was so easy too. I did the full day excursion. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Cons:

Stay was perfect!

Perfect, highly recommend.
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. It’s close to the centre of town including the night market and the staff are wonderful. They are super friendly and always available to help with anything you need. The room came with a lovely free breakfast and free water bottle refills.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about!

Lovely place and great staff.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were greeted with a friendly smile each morning at breakfast.
The rooms were clean and well presented. The Aircon in the room was really effective and cooled us down nicely.
The hotel offers a super cheap laundry service that we used.
Location is excellent for exploring.
Would we stay again? Most definitely

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Pros:

Delightful guesthouse in a great location with lovely friendly staff.

I stayed here for 3 nights and I couldn't fault anything. The room was big, clean and everything worked as expected. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

The guesthouse itself is very cute and in a great location between Mekong River and one of the main tourist streets...lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

The couple that manage the guesthouse are really friendly and helpful. They even took me to my next hotel at no cost.

Highly recommended!

Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, we found spider webs in the room. The towels were dirty with stains (apparently blood stains).
The breakfast was lack of variety, really poor.

Pros:

La colazione è buona, camere pulite in una struttura tipica del Laos. Il servizio offerto come quello di lavanderia a soli 40000kip è ottimo, l’accoglienza dei titolari e del loro staff è sempre sorridente e professionale.
