Small but clean
Pros:

Quite street, clean

Cons:

our room was in the entrance, right next to the reception, so even though the street was quiet we heard it all, in addition to anyone who get inside the hotel. also, we didn't meet the staff, it was all by massages

It was perfect stay in Tokyo.
Pros:

It is very clean comfy place. Location in Akihabara is the perfect place just couple of station from nearby attractions.
