Sunday Jeddah Hotel

I waited until 6:30 pm and room was not ready and I had to leave the hotel

It is clean and quiet

Unfortunately our stay there was unpleasant,
It’s very new hotel but unfortunately already in bad condition due to lake of staff experience and shortage of staff,,,
The phone in the room doesn’t work, so I have to go to the bathroom to call reception and the hardly answer and they always late,,,,
Room next to me were smoking and the smoking smell is terrible which was annoying to me and my family
Carpet is very dirty no matter how much the vacuum it,
Trash all over in the whole way of the rooms
Overall if they don’t change their cleanliness and hospitality I would never recommend it

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I was kid waiting for room more than 2 hours in reception, and the reception lady there was very rude and showing too much attitude

You need staff with more hospitality experience to operate this hotel. The staff simply lacks this critical experience!
In simple words, act more like a host to their guests rather than a debt collector running after an indebted man 😊! At least start be helping your guests with their luggage when they are checking in or out 😏.

The service is not good

On confirmed booking, I came and they told me they don’t have space. Finally I was able to get a room but it wasn’t that great. Got help from Expedia, I appreciated their customer service looking into it
