Não possuir aquecedor no quarto. Teve dia que a temperatura de LaPaz bateu 2°C e a sensação dentro do quarto não era tão diferente.

Zu viel schinken und Wurst zum Frühstück. Lieber mehr vegetarisches: eine käsesorte mehr, etwas Avocado! Auch andere Gäste sahen das so: der Käse war ständig leer...
I really liked this hotel.
They have hot water, provide the heating on demand. Rooms are big and it is quiet, had a very good sleep

La posizione a due passi dal mercato delle streghe, bar e ristoranti.
- Lo sciacquone della camera non funzionava bene (abbiamo dovuto chiamare il ragazzo per sturarcelo e lui ha insinuato che fosse colpa nostra che avevamo buttato troppa carta);
- la seconda sera è proprio venuta a mancare l’acqua totalmente (si è trattato di un problema dell’intero quartiere). Io quella sera sono stata molto male, non respiravo bene e virus intestinale con vomito. Siamo andati a chiedere aiuto alla reception, nessuno aiuto, nessuna indicazione se non quella di cercare una farmacia. In piena notte a La Paz?!?! Io speravo che almeno tentassero di fare qualche chiamata, anche solo per capire quale fosse aperta per andare a colpo sicuro. Inoltre mancando l’acqua e non funzionando lo sciacquone ho dovuto comprare non so quanti litri di acqua (a mie spese!!!) per “pulire” il bagno, non si sono offerti neanche di “regalarmi” una bottiglia. Se non ci fosse stato mio marito ad aiutarmi non so come avrei fatto.
- abbiamo prenotato il driver dall aeroporto all hotel: durante la tratta (andava troppo veloce, pericolosissimo!) ha urtato un qualcosa e ha spaccato lo specchietto laterale. Non vi dico che botta abbiamo preso. Lui si è giustificato dicendo che era “apparsa” una persona e per schivarla era andato a sbattere, ma dopo l’incidente non si è fermato. Anzi! Ha continuato ad andare ancora più veloce, come se volesse scappare! Noi siamo rimasti terrorizzati.
Great location at walking distance from nice areas and the cable system. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Good value for money. Appreciated the hardship the staff and hotel had to deal with during the strikes.

Muy buena experiencia. El personal fue muy amable y atento, y la ubicación es excelente, justo al lado del Mercado de las Brujas. Las instalaciones son sencillas, pero adecuadas para el precio. ¡Recomendable!
