Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zentrale Lage (nur 5 Gehminuten vom Hexenmarkt und viele Restaurants in der Umgebung). Haben ohne Aufpreis einen kleinen Heizlüfter bekommen. Mussten trotz früher Ankunftszeiten nie lange auf unser Zimmer warten.

Cons:

Spät abends/nachts kein warmes Wasser. Hatten zwei unterschiedliche Räume, eines mit Fenster nach außen, da war es auch mit Heizlüfter sehr kalt. Bei dem zweiten Raum hatten wir nur ein Fenster zum Flur und es war generell wärmer draußen, da war es in Ordnung. Kissen teilweise sehr hart.

Personal amable, espacio limpio y bien ubicado.
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado y el trato fué espectacular. Se vé y siente limpio.
Nuestra habitación era calida, espaciosa y cómoda.

La atención del personal y la ubicación. Las camas también eran cómodas y la habitación calentita con la calefacción funcionando.

La ducha, la alcachofa era vieja y salía de manera desperdigada.
El desayuno también se podría mejorar un poco.

Pros:

El personal muy agradable y muy servicial. Siempre disponibles y solucionan todo lo que está en su alcance. Ubicación del hotel muy buena - cerca de mercados de Brujas y relativamente cerca de Plaza San Francisco

Cons:

No hay calefacción central en el hotel - hay que pedir estufas en la recepción. Agua caliente bastante escasa. Desayuno buffet muy limitado.
