On the positive side, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent, allowing easy walking access to most of the main attractions. Breakfast was decent and a good way to start the day.
On the downside, the room was extremely cold on the first day of our stay. After informing the receptionist, they provided a portable heater. Additionally, the hot water took quite a long time to heat up.
Proprietatea a fost pozitionata perfect! Langa bazar, magazine si tramvai. Personalul a fost amabil.

Lift was not working
Nothing, they took my money and didn't give me a room.
I didn't like the hotel they put me in for one night where I got cut on a broken glass shelf in the bathroom, followed by them not refunding the money they owed me for the additional 2 nights that they did not provide a room for me.
I also don't like booking.com doing nothing about it.
I would sooner sleep on the street then give these people any business.

A strong smell from the bathroom. A strange sound. A different room was probably allocated. Needs updating.
We loved our stay at Revona Turizm Hotel. Very welcoming staff and helpful. Thank you Mehmet and Jihad! The room was comfortable and clean. The road the hotel is located on, in Vefa, is very lively and culturally rich, with amazing local stores and cafes. Staying here is an ideal location if you want to be a walking distance from the important monuments.
It would be helpful to receive a welcome message before arriving with the 30€ airport transfer the hotel offers, we used this service when we left. Also, payment at the hotel is only cash, card payment would be more useful.
We booked this hotel however when we arrived it was evening and thw manager provided us room in another building, not in this hotel. We were to tired to complain and decided to stay here. The building was in 10 steps feom this hotel so we can not give review for the hotel.
The place/hotel where was our room is very old and the smell from the bathroom is noying and upleasant. The breakfast was poor. Locatin on fine, close to the Metro station and in walking distance from old part of the city.
The staff were polite and helpfull. The staff are the best think regarding the hotel
