Small friendly hotel with bar and restaurant. Clean and welcoming. Close to city centre although at top of very steep hill. Highly recommended, would stay again.

Alketa the front desk person was amazing from before we arrived they were prompt to answer all my emails and requests from arranging airport pick up to early check in. When there they were very pleasant and helpful with helping me navigate getting around and supporting other questions. Great service, they made my stay even better 😊

From the beginning when we entered to the hotel, the reception guy there was very professional and explain it to us everything that we ask and till the end, everything was very clean very nice perfect room and perfect. Stay great.

Hinta-laatu ihan ok. Sampjen juomien hinta jostain syystä vaihteli 3,50-5 euroon,mikä on todella outoa. Aamiainen oli erittäin suppea ja kuulemma :" vain 1 lautanen" eli jos otat omeletti,niin et saa hedelmiä, jos kahvikuppi,niin toinen on exstramaksu..
Ei ihan keskustassa,mutta 15-20min kävelyn etäisyydellä.
Muuten ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu,siisti ja puhdas hotelli.Suosittelen!

El hotel, instalaciones e ubicaciones son excelentes, la atención es muy buena. Sin duda es un hotel donde te sientes que llegaste a uno de 5 estrellas sin pagar el precio de estos!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Auch spätes EInchecken war kein Problem. Der Service war sehr gut, sehr nette Menschen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und werde es zukünftig weiter buchen.

Das Hotel war wirklich schön! Alles verlief total unkompliziert – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, vor allem den Rezeptionisten namens Roon, der uns sehr zuvorkommend betreut hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne wieder!
