Relaxing Stay with Fort Views and Helpful Staff
Pros:

Impressive building and lovely room (they offered an upgrade which was a nice treat), the staff are very helpful and kind, they will go the extra mile to help which really stands out, the location is outside the busy fort area so you get views of the fort at night and it’s easy to get an auto there and not too expensive (ask for Musa their driver!), they also have a large pool (unfortunately I didn’t have time to try it but it looked very refreshing, I had a good lunch at the rooftop restaurant too)

Cons:

Cleaning could be improved on small details like room fridge and mugs, in line with a four star hotel, but it didn’t affect my stay too much.

The room was huge.

Cons:

We didn't get what was advertised, 1 king bed is not 1 double and 1 single. 2 bedrooms and lounge 'suite' is not 2 bedrooms with an adjoining door
The room was very cold. The AC did not provide heat, trying to work from the room was uncomfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Golden haveli and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities one could ask for.The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. If you're looking for the best place to stay on your next visit to Jaisalmer, look no further than Hotel Golden Haveli The rooms are lovely! The facilities are really comfortable, cleans and well maintained and most of all the staff is beyond words amazing! The highlight was the roof top view of the fort and its to die for. The owner is a very friendly & warm person and came in to meet and see us off when we were checking out

Golden Haveli Jaisalmer is a charming boutique stay that blends Rajasthani tradition with modern comfort. The rooftop offers stunning views of the Jaisalmer Fort, especially at sunset. Rooms are clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff is polite and helpful, making guests feel truly at home. A perfect spot for a peaceful stay near the fort area.They have roof top sitting and they serve food there too. you can sit and enjoy the view of jaisalmer fort.

Amazing Hospitality. The owner of the place is a nice human being
Pros:

We came to visit Jaisalmer to see how the kings lived and hotel Golden Haveli provided us with a royal experience!
Our train was late but there was Ayub who helped our luggage to the top floor at 1AM. The room was very clean and well kept and it was a nice surprise to see the fort from our window in the morning.
Ample water bottles were provided in the room.The hotel is excellent value for money. It has clean, spacious, quiet and lovely decorated rooms. Everything worked well.

Loved every moment, especially the view from terrace.
Pros:

Excellent location and rooftop view of Jaisalmer Fort (looks exquisite at night), having breakfast and dinner looking at the fort was the best memory. Room size is ok but could have been bigger for 3 people. Excellent customer service and manager Mr Joydip Nag attending to every request. Travelled with aged mother so accessibility was also top notch. Highly recommended for all kinds of trips - work, leisure, honeymoon, etc.

Cons:

Room size could have been bigger, mattress near the window was kept only a night before checkout.

Good staff, missing hotel amenities
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Provided early check-in and helped with our adhoc requests. There were missing room amenities and staff helped as much as possible to expedite the solutions. The swimming pool was clean, though it had very cold water.

Cons:

There are no changing rooms or bath robes for the swimming pool. Had short circuits in 1 of the 3 rooms. Also were locked out of the room due to lock issues. Bathroom toiletries were missing in rooms and had to be requested. Lights were being switched off in corridors and causing darkness in the corridors.

Jaisalmer is een niet al te grote stad met een mooi ford met leuke straatjes.
Pros:

Het buffet ontbijt was goed. Er was weliswaar een beperkte Europees georiënteerde aanbod. Op verzoek was en omelet uit de keuken geen probleeem. Rustige kamer en goed internet.

Cons:

Het diner aanbod is heel erg gericht op de Indiaanse keuken. Slecht een Europees gerecht werd aangeboden. Deze pasta (penne) in een beetje pittige saus was verder zonde meer smakelijk. Zeker als je de hele week rijst hebt gegeten.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Golden Haveli. The manager, Jethu Dan Charan, as well as Askar and the entire team, were extremely friendly and attentive. I felt very welcome and well taken care of from the very beginning. The buffet was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of dishes – I especially enjoyed the local specialties. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, yet it's just a 5-minute walk to the fort, which was very convenient. My room was beautifully decorated, very luxurious, clean, and comfortable – a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I can highly recommend Hotel Golden Haveli and would love to come back again!
