Der große Pool der kaum besetzt war

Während meines Aufenthalts gab es leider mehrere Punkte, die nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen haben.

Das Gym war mit sehr alten Geräten ausgestattet und für mich in diesem Zustand nicht nutzbar. Auch die allgemeine Ausstattung des Apartments ließ zu wünschen übrig. In der Küche waren beispielsweise keine kleinen Löffel vorhanden, sodass ich mir diese selbst kaufen musste. Die vorhandenen Töpfe und Pfannen waren stark abgenutzt, teilweise löste sich die Beschichtung, teilweise aus Aluminium, was aus gesundheitlicher Sicht nicht ideal ist.

Am meisten enttäuscht war ich jedoch von der Buchungssituation. Während des Buchungsvorgangs wird das größere Apartment angezeigt, sodass ich davon ausgegangen bin, dieses auch zu erhalten. Erst nach Abschluss der Buchung, in den detaillierten Zimmerinformationen, wird ersichtlich, dass es sich tatsächlich um das kleinere Apartment handelt. Dadurch stimmte für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis letztlich nicht mehr.

Insgesamt sehe ich hier deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial, insbesondere bei der Transparenz im Buchungsprozess sowie bei der Ausstattung.

Hotel staff were really helpful and kind, approachable

There was an infestation of fruit flies or something
No hand towels for drying dishes got told we had to go buy ourselves.
No hot tub as description.
Gym equipment outdated and mostly broke.
Stains on towels
The room was near enough falling apart needs some serious updating for the amount of people visiting the island.
Has really good potential which was the annoying part

Рекомендую кімнату в кондомініумі - краще ніж в готелі
Pros:

Кімната має просторий балкон, оснащена кухонним посудом, електропіч, електрочайник, мікрохвильовка, багато дзеркал, штори на вікнах, багато шаф і ящиків. Є сейф. Прибирання і заміна білизни 1 раз на 2 доби, це достатньо. На території є басейн, фітнесзал, пральні машини, парковка для мотобайків.

Cons:

Не дуже зручне розміщення, в глибині, пішки переміщатися не зручно.
