Luxury on the Square
Pros:

What a lovely experience.. we felt spoilt and valued. Awesome 👌 the room was beautiful. The amenities generous, towels thick and the bed sublime

We highly recommend this place for a unique getaway in beautiful downtown Washington, Iowa.
Pros:

It was conveniently located above the restaurant we visited.
It was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated in the spirit of Italian culture, which reflected where we dined, Cafe Dodici. A perfect fusion!

Cons:

The only thing was we were unable to get WIFi to sync with the smart TV.

Nice spot. A little PCI security goes a long way.
Pros:

Room was clean, cozy and quiet. Rate was reasonable.

Cons:

Employee on check-in copied down my credit card info. When I asked her why, she told me she was just going to be texting it to her manager. I told her that's even worse than just copying it down. Lol. It's not a secure way to handle customer info. Television was limited due to people being signed into apps with pins. But otherwise, nice quiet accommodation.

Pros:

Quaint hotel. Friendly staff. Good location.

Cons:

Many stairs to get to your room. Not a recommended hotel for older customers. An elevator would be great but I suspect is not possible.
