Pros:

Staff fantastico. Tutti gentili e disponibili.
Note di merito vanno a: Andrea alla navetta, impeccabile sempre pronto ad assisterci.
Luigi in sala che ci ha trattato sempre al meglio attento e professionale.
Bravo e coraggioso anche il piccolo stagista.
Cucina meravigliosa e pasticcera di altissimo livello.

Relaxing stay in lovely hotel with fantastic views and good food
Pros:

Great view from rooms
Friendly & professional environment
Good food on the half board option
Good minibus to take you to the ski lifts and into town, we never had to wait more than 5 minutes
Good spa facilities
Large lounge area for sitting or having a drink
So nice we plan to return in Summer

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like but in winter you can't walk into town, though the minibus service was great.

Bio hotel Hermitage in una sola parola è una eccellenza. Posizione con vista sulle Dolomiti mozzafiato, cucina e staff di altissimo livello, pulizia impeccabile. Le proprietarie di una gentilezza infinita. La stella tutta meritata. Davvero grazie per averci fatto vivere una vacanza meravigliosa.

Ottima posizione vicini al paese ma immersi nella natura, bellissima vista sulle Dolomiti!
Colazione ottima con possibilità di assaggiare prodotti locali salati e dolci.
Il ristorante: i piatti dello stellato eccellenti pur non avendo potuto effettuare l’esperienza completa; il ristorante dell’hotel buono ma rapporto qualità prezzo non eccezionale.

Cons:

La piscina interna della SPA andrebbe forse riscaldata di più per poter essere piacevole
