Manager was very rude. Not at all cooperative. Very poor quality and third class work

The staff of operating the hotel was too lazy and not guide properly . Some non industry people who doesn't have the basic sence of how to treat the customer and giving them a experience of service which they won't forgot

I booked on Booking.com app. I received confirmation email. But when I reached the location for Check in, person working there informed me that there was no room to allocate me. Hello also added that if booking received through other app (for example MakeMyTrip etc ) then it is final because customer pays for it. When I asked him, " if room was not available how it was available on Booking.com app?". Hello could not answer.

Property too inside and to search the same was tedious task though Google map was in use.

So the staff was good, since the place is newly made the rooms were clean. The location is completely in a residential area. There are people's household noises constantly coming to the room. Do not go by its pictures. The place is surrounded completely by houses, and there is a lot of noise that carries in the room. Even though the rooms were clean, it is not a hotel, and they do not have any amenities that a hotel supplies normally. The WiFi did not work it connected and said connected without Internet so we were without Internet except our mobile data the whole time, the rooms are actually apartments it had a kitchen and living area although alot of space but no comfort like you would feel rested. The apartments are 2 bhk, and the rooms have only individual latches inside the bedroom. The main door has no latch, so it felt pretty unsafe. The staff told me these apartments are usually shared, so you would basically be sharing a 2bhk apartment with someone, we were lucky cause they literally had no bookings.
So overall the experience was not great and especially for the price since we stayed at another hotel called 7apples which had all amenities and was a very good hotel. We had booked 2 nights there and 2 nights at this hotel and the prices were the same, we felt stupid we should have just stayed at the hotel we were at earlier. Also the beds are not comfortable at all they are two singles beds kept besides each other to make it look like one bed the mattress is so hard and uncomfortable I had a chronic pain in my back because of sleeping on these hard uncomfortable beds.

Gyser capacity too less, parking not comfortable, no TV, no breakfast and tea available in nearby area.
