Wir haben die Unterkunft genutzt, um zwischen zwei Flügen ein paar Stunden schlafen zu können. Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 10 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt und bietet 24 h Check in. Die Mitarbeiter haben für uns einen Shuttle Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel und umgekehrt organisiert. Hat alles super geklappt. Vielen Dank

Pros:

A localização é incrível, é num dos melhores sítios da cidade.
Os funcionários são simpáticos, as camas são confortáveis, gostámos muito do pequeno almoço e a localização é ótima.

Cons:

A pousada está localizada numa zona pedonal, com alguns restaurantes e cafés que têm música ao vivo à noite. Não existe qualquer isolamento sonoro, por isso, para quem quiser dormir , aconselho a utilização de uns tampões nos ouvidos (também se consegue ouvir os outros clientes a subirem as escadas, a falarem, etc.)

La ubicación , excelente la habitación muy bien limpia y acogedora como las instalaciones

El personal , estaban en todos los turno más pendientes de teléfono que de dar información
Tuvimos que bajar a la noche a por la contraseña del wifi , a la entrada por parte de la recepcionista.. se limitó a darnos la llave y punto .
Y a la recepcionista de la mañana ,pedirle que nos indicara donde era el desayuno y sin quitar la vista del teléfono nos dijo : en frente edificio amarillo y se acabó el diálogo .
Desvalora la calidad del hotel ese tipo de comportamiento

A stressful experience caused by overbooking and poor communication.
Cons:

Due to overbooking, we were moved to another accommodation for one night with the promise of free transfer the next morning, which did not happen. The staff at the reception told us to catch a bus if we wanted to have breakfast and that they didn’t have a room for us for another day. We spent a full day without knowing where we would stay, incurred extra transport and phone costs trying to fix the situation with Booking.com, and lost valuable vacation time. Communication was poor and the manager never spoke directly with us.

Belle maison au confort suffisant et très bien placée.
Pros:

Localisation vraiment idéale dans cette rue piétonne du plateau à proximité du marché municipal, des restaurants etc. Service taxi aéroport.
