Perfecto
Pros:

Todo absolutamente perfecto, la atención al cliente por parte de Gloria y Laura maravillosa, la comodidad de la habitación, el desayuno, la ubicación .
Con parking concertado en el edificio de al lado, un punto extra, ya que nos quedamos dos noches y no tuvimos que preocuparnos por el coche.
Volveremos!

Pros:

Todo estuvo genial . Por destacar algo sobre lo demás, podría significar el cuarto de aseo/baño, en general.

Cons:

Bueno, por decir algo, diría que las puertas de las habitaciones, al finalizar el cierre, hace un ruido destacable... pero supongo que es inevitable.

Traumhafte Aussicht und perfekte Lage.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: nah am Zentrum, trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Ausblick auf die Stadt und die Sierra Nevada.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse mit seinem Panoramablick war ein echtes Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing and worth every cent we have spent on
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Jose’ and Emanuel were too nice and helpful to get to know about the city places. Emanuel practiced his Arabic words while welcoming us. The breakfast buffet was amazing, I appreciate all the options of gluten free bread and sweets. The hotel responded fast to fix the internet, phone and coffee machine. The shower water pressure was just like ours at home so it felt like home. We stayed at a beautiful junior suite room.

Cons:

I wouldn’t complain about the room cleaning. I am sure the workers did a great job, just preferred if they gave more attention to vacuuming the floors from hair falling during our stay.

Adorei o hotel, a localização muito boa , fácil de chegar nos locais turísticos , mas numa distância que ficava fora do

Quarto amplo, ganhamos um upgrade na chegada e o quarto era quase um apartamento. Muito limpo e funcional , atendentes ótimos, café da manhã excelente

Cons:

Única coisa que senti falta foi de ajuda para carregar o carro elétrico , embora tivesse toten de carregamento, o app pedia telefone espanhol para poder concluir o registro . Pedi ajuda na recepção mas não senti muita disposição a resolver ou tentar resolver o problema
