Pros:

Clean guesthouse with its own restaurant. Very friendly staff and eager to help you enjoy the surrounding attractions. We arrived at 4am and they gave us a room to rest, which we really appreciated.

Pros:

Good location, everything is accessible by foot. The room was simple, but the price is correct for what you get. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is not noisy even though the sound isolation does not seem good.

Cons:

We have asked for an early breakfast at 6:30, they said ok and when we came, it was all dark. Started working from 7 but we had to go so we were left without breakfast. The room smelled strongly of mold due to the water drainage in the bathroom. When you take a shower, you are in the middle of it and can easily splash the sink. The water stayed until the morning. Not cool if you have to use the toilets in the night...

Cheap and great views.
Pros:

Property collected from bus station and arranged us to be taken to bus. Food was good and beers were cheap. Pool table. Nice river views from our room and tables across the road.

Pros:

Les chambres étaient confortables avec tout les équipements nécessaires et l'accueil était chaleureux.
Nous sommes arrivés à 5h du matin et on nous a ouvert et permis de nous allonger sur les banquettes de la réception en attendant que notre chambres soit prête .

Pros:

È stato un soggiorno perfetto, la camera è comoda con tutto il necessario, addirittura il deumidificatore e la stufetta.
La doccia è super piacevole con un'ottima pressione.
Il letto era gigante!
La posizione è ottima, vicina al fiume e a tanti locali e ristoranti.
Gentilissima la signora che, oltre ad aver lasciato i bagagli tutto il giorno dopo il check out, senza che chiedessi nulla, mi ha fatto accompagnare alla fermata del bus la sera. Fantastici.

Cons:

La mancanza della finestra che era oscurata...in compenso c'era un bel balcone (a uso comune) da dove si poteva godere di una bellissima vista sul fiume.

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con el hotel.
Pros:

Su ubicación enfrente del Río. Las personas de recepción muy atentas te ofrecen todo lo que necesitas, pero ojo que hay mucho tours que los puedes hacer por tu cuenta.

Cons:

La a habitación que aparece en booking es una ventana con un plástico con la imagen del Río. Cuando dicen vistas a la montaña no hay montaña, la ventana da a un edificio. El baño es muy incómodo. Habían pelos en el peine del baño. La habitación estaba sucia y mobiliario viejo.

L'hébergement est très bien. Le cadre est magnifique, nous avions une chambre face à la rivière. Un grand plaisir.

Cons:

Petit bémol et c'est bien dommage. Nous avons réservé notre bus de nuit pour Ninh Binh avec notre hôtel. Nous avons payé 1 500 000 dong pour nous deux. Cela nous a paru un peu cher mais notre hôte a été perspicace et nous avons accepté son tarif. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à Ninh Binh nous avons regardé les tarifs et nous nous sommes rendus compte que nous nous étions fait avoir. En bus Vip les tarifs tournent autour de 1100 000 dong pour 2 soit 400 000 dong de moins que ce que nous avions payé. Notre hôte se fait donc une belle commission... Conclusion. Pour vos billets de bus Comparez donc les prix avant de traiter avec Son doong riverside. Les justifications données par notre hôte ont été très peu convaincantes. Méfiez vous donc de ses belles paroles.

Top value for money!! Clean rooms, very comfy beds, clean towels, and bottle water every day, fantastic veiw from the 3rd floor communal balcony, we had a back room (302)with the mountain views. Location right by the river. In a more natural area. Breaking included great staff. All for around $22AUD. Per night.

Pros:

We had the most beautiful stay here — it’s a lovely family-run homestay and from the very first moment my sister and I truly felt at home.
The breakfast and coffee were absolutely delicious, the room was spotless, the bed smelled amazing, and we had a huge window with a stunning river view. The whole atmosphere felt magical and peaceful.
They offer laundry service (clothes ready in just a few hours!), scooter rental, and they can organize wonderful tours — everything is easy and well managed.
A special mention to the young man at reception: you are an absolute darling. So polite, smart, kind, and always on top of everything. Truly impressive. I really admire your work ethic — you will go far in life, my friend. Big hug and see you soon.
We highly recommend this place to everyone. If you’re coming to the area, stay here — you won’t regret it

Phong Nha? Book here, don't look anywhere else! :)
Pros:

The location is amazing, the view from the rooms is beautiful, you are just on the river and you can see the boats going to the cave. The rooms are clean and the beds huge and super comfortable. You have a safe parking for your bike, you can book tours, you can play pool, buy drinks, and you'll have a delicious breakfast included. Shout out to the great family that is running the place :) well done! We had an amazing stay!!
