Un must à Raiatea
Pros:

L’accueil exceptionnel, le service, le snorkeling en face de l’hôtel, la disponibilité de kayaks pour aller au motu tout proche et de vélos. Décoration soignée et hôtel très bien géré.

Pros:

The staff at Raiatea Lodge are so beautiful and made our last stop in Polynesia even more beautiful. Location and cleanliness were perfect. Delicious food and drinks, beautiful pontoon to swim and snorkel from right outside. Would highly recommend and hope to come back some day.

A very comfortable and fun experience.

Allgemein sehr netter Aufenthalt in schönem in bemühtem Hotel, nur das Abendessen war leider nicht sehr gut.

Eines der schönsten Hotels auf unserer Reise und speziell auf Raiatea

Cons:

Leider ist das Abendessen für den Preis des Hotels nicht adäquat , wir haben 3 Abende vergeblich darauf gehofft, dass der Vorabend eine Ausrutscher der Küche war, aber leider war dem nicht so.
Insofern besser das Zimmer ohne Abendessen nehmen.

Pros:

The room was large and clean, stylishly decorated, and with a great view of the sea from the balcony.
There is no beach as such, but the area in front of the hotel has good snorkeling/ swimming, and I especially liked the (free) kayak hires from the pontoon.

Cons:

While the restaurant area was nice and breakfast was good, I found dinner to be disappointing, especially if comparing the dishes to similar ones I had in Bora Bora and Tahiti.
You need a car or taxis to move around the island (not a problem if you are prepared).

Pros:

Le couché de soleil est magnifique entre les palmiers. Il y a possibilité de louer des canoës pour se rendre sur un motu en face de l’hôtel. Les repas sont très bons.
Possibilité de louer une voiture avec l’hôtel c’est top pour faire le tour de l’île.

Cons:

L’hôtel reste relativement cher par rapport aux services proposés. Les transferts hôtel-aéroport ne sont pas donnés malgré le fait que ce ne soit pas très loin.

This place needs a complete revamp. Way too expensive for what it is the good is not good.

Pros:

The hotel has a great location in Raiatea with kayaking and snorkeling included at not cost. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner, included in the price, were good too.
