Pros:

This is a great B&B, excellent venue, great value for money. We were able to upgrade when we arrived for a small charge, so we ended up with a bigger bed. Will definitely look book again next time we're in Scarborough

There were a couple of spotlights out in the bathroom which made it a little dark

Pros:

old property but comfy and clean.
lady in charge very helpfull greeted us with our names which was nice.

Cons:

tv was very small and quite bad for interference through out the night we were there.
difficulty filling kettle due to small sink and large neck tap had to use a cup to fill kettle.
duvet very lumpy and pillows not comfortable.
good parking on private area at side of hotel.
