Great room ...great location and staff
Pros:

Very freindly indeed ...comfy and well equipped room ....excellent location for getting into town and not far from the castle ....we will definitely be staying here again ....

Perfect & if I ever visit Scarborough again, I’ll be booking the same hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly. Clean and well maintained. Private car park at the side of the hotel also. Can’t knock it

Cons:

Only negative I would say about the hotel, would be the shower, but that’s harsh to say the least. For the money we paid, and the stay we had. Was bang on.

Lovely place, amazing location, big parking space and it's free!
Pros:

I was surprised about the free parking space and the convenience of parking there. I wasn't expecting this as usually we park on the side of the road outside the property. The owner was lovely. The room was just perfect for what we need and paid for. Location is amazing and we always choose to stay in that area.

Cons:

It's a busy place with people up and down the stairs early in the morning. Doors banging. Must be the other guests. Seagulls are also up early and noisy near our window. These things can't be helped of course.

If you’re looking for clean comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price away from the main strip this is the place .
Pros:

The property was clean and well looked after. What made it was the super helpful manager ( Shelly ) . She was really warm and welcoming and gave us a full rundown of the hotel and vouchers for the nearby Scarborough Arms. Location is away from the main strip so quiet at night and very close to the castle. Would definitely stay here again .

A lovely base while exploring Scarborough, we did not have breakfast as out early so did not require. Our room was clean

Super friendly welcome and every convenience has been thought of and catered for.
Pros:

Great location, everything felt fresh and clean. Loads of storage facilities and a really comfortable bed. Free parking was really handy too
