Pros:

The location! Right on the beach, beautiful views, lovely staff at the bar on the beach, close to restaurants. Gorgeous gardens and lovely pool. Very clean - the lady who cleaned our room was very nice and did a sterling job.

Cons:

The reception staff were quite surly.

La gerencia, no considera los huéspedes.
En un momento , se me quedaron las llaves dentro, pues fui a la cafetería y la puerta se cerró, no hay ningún empleado nocturno.
Llame a la encargada de la administración , una mujer. Y me dijo, que ellos no tenían que ver con eso. Q no tenían, a nadie que me alludara a las 10 de la noche.
Le ofrecí dos mil pesos , y ella misma bajo, busco las llaves, y abrió.
Y me regaño. Ellos no tienen , ni un empleado, que pueda asistir a un huésped. Durante la noche.

Beautiful hotel, unfriendly staff at the reception
Pros:

The hotel is really beautiful, the apartments are so cute. The garden and the pool are stunning, it's way more beautiful than on the pictures. sunbeds are included. breakfast was also very good.
The staff at the beach was super friendly and caring. And I really have to mention Cristal from the reception - she is such a sweetheart, patient and very professional all the time!! She doesn't speak English but that was never a problem because she tried her best with google translation all the time. She made our stay so much better! Muchas gracias Cristal :)

Cons:

There are 2-3 employees at the reception, who were so so unfriendly to us. Most of the staff doesn't speak English, what is not a problem for us because google translate exists. I always treat people with a smile and a friendly tone and they reacted so annoyed from our questions and even rolled their eyes if we couldn't understand their spanish. And we didn't need much during our stay. I felt so uncomfortable when I talked to them because they always gave me such a bad feeling.

Especially the woman with the blonde short hair (she speaks very good English) reacted ALWAYS so annoyed when we asked something and was very cold and unfriendly. I will never understand why people want to give others such a bad feeling.

Un petit paradis
Pros:

Le style créole, le jardin fleuri, la piscine et la plage sont superbes. Le restaurant bar sur la plage

Cons:

Si vous cherchez un hôtel neuf et aseptisé vous serez peut-être déçu. TV HS mais pas important pour moi.

Le petit déjeuner face sur la plage

Cons:

Séjour extrêmement décevant, voire inadmissible, surtout au vu du prix : 140€ la nuit pour un établissement dans cet état, c’est totalement injustifiable.
Dès notre arrivée, nous remarquons que la réceptionniste (blonde au cheveux très court) n’est pas agréable, ce qui nous a été souligné par des clients qui attendaient derrière nous pour demander des renseignements qui leur ont été donné d’un ton agressif.
Nous avons été ensuite dirigés vers notre chambre par un homme qui se rend compte une fois devant la chambre que nous n’avons pas les clés dans l’enveloppe fourni à la réception…
Une fois la porte ouverte on nous laisse la, sans savoir à quoi corresponde les deux autres clés du trousseau, ni aucune information sur le fonctionnement de la clim…
Durant notre court séjour nous avons constaté un sérieux manque de propreté et d’entretien : cheveux déjà présents dans la douche, sol sale, et en prenant une douche, l’eau s’écoulait marron. La cabine ne ferme même pas correctement. Sortir de la douche et se retrouver avec les pieds sales est tout simplement inacceptable.
La chambre est dans un état général très préoccupant et clairement vétuste : baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas, porte d’entrée défectueuse qui ne se ferme pas et par conséquent on entend tout (la pluie, la musique, les personnes qui entre, sorte, marche…) aucune insonorisation, mais également des fils qui pendent à côté de la tête de lit, ventilateur de plafond prêt à tomber… Certains éléments sont même dangereux. La climatisation est réglée de manière incohérente, et le lit est extrêmement dur.
Côté confort et équipement, c’est tout aussi décevant : aucune prise à proximité du lit, pas de serviette pour les cheveux alors que l’hôtel est situé face à la plage, et une dizaine de moustiques dans la chambre. La salle de bain est exigu. Il est vraiment compliqué d’accéder à la douche car il y a le bidet (vétuste) qui ne permet pas d’ouvrir la porte.
