Bene ma non benissimo.
Pros:

La posizione, la piscina, il bar sulla spiaggia, la
sicurezza costante giorno e notte e il ragazzo biondino alto alto (purtroppo non ricordo il nome), bravo, cordiale e disponibile.
Abbiamo apprezzato anche le pulizie giornaliere.

P.S. (Bar inteso come location, non come servizio).

Cons:

Partiamo dal presupposto che se si usa dire “alla domenicana manera” c’è un motivo.
Sono approssimativi in quanto ha: pulizia, efficienza, disponibilità e puntualità.
Ad ogni modo: Ci si è rotto il Phon (ha fatto fumo e scintille): 2 giorni per sostituirlo perché “non avevano i strumenti per aggiustarlo”.
Non funzionava la Wi-Fi: stesso discorso, 2 giorni per la riparazione, perché il ragazzo della manutenzione era impegnato.
La colazione: era incluso solo il caffè americano e una cosa da mangiare. Il caffè espresso o il cappuccino piuttosto che un succo di frutta lo paghi a parte, peccato che non era specificato da nessuna parte.
E poi, quest’aria condizionata in camera da letto il cui getto è rivolto a chi sta sopra il letto, addosso alle persone la rende inutilizzabile. Ma questa pare sia un’abitudine dei Domenicani installarla così. Ad ogni modo è un bel RESIDENCE, scenico in una posizione eccezionale. Ma non è un hotel.

Sehr schönes idyllisches Strandhotel.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Strandzugang, toller Garten mit sehr geschmackvollem Flair der Gebäude.
Ausreichend Schattenplätze am Strand.
Restaurant auf dem Strand, ebenfalls sehr idyllisch.

Cons:

Aufgrund des Gartens im Erdgeschoss sehr lästiger Moskitobefall, keine Abhilfe gegeben. Und das 24 Std.Tag und Nacht!
(Wir reisen überwiegend in die Tropen, aber das war zu viel.)
Am Strand alles super, wie gesagt, die schöne Gartenanlage . . .

No hay que ir en semana santa… si no eres local es abrumador - (recalcar que es ajeno al hotel, pero la experiencia se ve empañada)

Pros:

The location! Right on the beach, beautiful views, lovely staff at the bar on the beach, close to restaurants. Gorgeous gardens and lovely pool. Very clean - the lady who cleaned our room was very nice and did a sterling job.

Cons:

The reception staff were quite surly.

Cons:

La gerencia, no considera los huéspedes.
En un momento , se me quedaron las llaves dentro, pues fui a la cafetería y la puerta se cerró, no hay ningún empleado nocturno.
Llame a la encargada de la administración , una mujer. Y me dijo, que ellos no tenían que ver con eso. Q no tenían, a nadie que me alludara a las 10 de la noche.
Le ofrecí dos mil pesos , y ella misma bajo, busco las llaves, y abrió.
Y me regaño. Ellos no tienen , ni un empleado, que pueda asistir a un huésped. Durante la noche.
