L’hôtel est typiques avec petite maison traditionnelle et un jardin particulièrement magnifique et entretenu avec piscine, la proximité de la plage et le petit déjeuner extraordinaire (meilleur petit déjeuner de notre séjour en Rep Dom (mention spéciale pour les Pan cake délicieux).
Personnel agréable, aidant et souriant 😊
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’établissement avec le regret de ne pas avoir resté plus longtemps ici.
Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Cons:

La literie pas super confortable (mais cela reste très personnel) et pas mal de moustiques (prévoir du répulsif et tout se passera bien)

Poloha hneď pri pláži je jednoznačne najväčší benefit. Mladšia zamestnankyňa na recepcii bola taktiež veľmi milá.

Cons:

Obsluha pri raňajkách nebola veľmi prívetivá, pokiaľ neviete dobre po španielsky. Vybavenie izieb je už zastaralé a za takú cenu je možné nájsť oveľa luxusnejšie ubytovanie. Prišli sme však na konci roka, kedy sú ceny všade prirodzene vysoké.

Muy bien ubicado, está justo frente a la playa y cerca de todo.

La cama era pequeña, no era queen y la reservación era para dos adultos y un niño.

Había ido años antes, cambiaron la administración, las puertas están oxidadas y no abren fácilmente. Las puertas funcionan con llave, no con tarjeta, pensé que había perdido la llave y nos querían cobrar otra noche para que yo fuera al cerrajero al otro día a sacar una copia de todo, pero no había un contrato o documento que acreditara eso. El trato de la gerente fue horrible, me insultó y denigro de manera racista, ella es de otra nacionalidad, yo soy dominicana.
Todo el personal de recepción es nuevo y no tienen la información necesaria para hacer su trabajo. Cuando llegamos solo nos dieron los controles del aire y la TV , las tarjetas de las toallas y nos enviaron con alguien a la habitación, no nos cobraron, yo cuando llegué al cuarto me di cuenta y procedí a devolverme e informar, ahí entonces me cobran, pero olvidan darme las políticas y de ahí el altercado por la llave. Al final encontré la llave tras mucho acoso, pensaban que me iría sin intentarlo. No vuelvo, es una pena porque antes era muy buen hotel para pasar buenos ratos.
