La vue

Cons:

Le personnel est sympathique, mais la responsable espagnole est une dame très irrespectueuse qui ne sait absolument pas comment traiter les clients. Elle parle avec arrogance et se permet des remarques déplacées.
J’étais censée prolonger mon séjour et ajouter quelques jours de vacances supplémentaires, mais j’ai finalement changé d’avis à cause de cette mauvaise expérience.
Je suis vraiment déçue. Mes vacances ont été gâchées à cause de son comportement et je ne pense pas renouveler l’expérience dans cet hôtel.

Can not recommend this hotel to anyone
Cons:

The service is extremely poor. If you check Google reviews, you will see that many other guests have raised similar complaints, not just me. Requests were ignored and not properly fulfilled, and no adequate explanation was provided.

The water pressure was severely weak, which made my shower time take nearly twice as long. Additionally, although I was told that my late check-out would be extended by one hour, the staff changed their position and asked me to leave immediately after noticing that I had left a negative review.

Everything I have stated here is based on facts, and I strongly advise you to consider this carefully. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Freutliches Personal, teilweise nicht ganz optimale Kommunikation, durch nicht besonders gut Englisc

Schöne Zimmer, gute Aussicht, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und eine richtig schöne Rooftop Bar

Cons:

Die Lüftung im Badezimmer ist nicht optimal aber auch okay wenn man die Tür zu macht. Leider teilweise schwierig mit dem Englisch in der Bar
