Pros:

De ontvangst is hartelijk! Vriendelijke medewerkers aan de balie.
De kamers zijn lekker ruim en schoon, prima wifi en een fijne parkeergarage. Ontbijt is prima!

Pool under renovering
Pros:

Virkelig flot og moderne hotel.
Gode senge og god udsigt.

Cons:

At poolen var lukket pga renovering. Dette stod ikke på booking.com da vi bestilte. Vi vidste det først da vi kom frem. På booking.com stod der at renoveringen var slut.

Cons:

Die Karten zum Zimmer gingen fast über unseren kompletten Aufenthalt nicht was uns leider sehr Umstände bereitet hat. Auch beim Duschen kam manchmal braunes Wasser was sehr unbefriedigend war. Außerdem war der Pool zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes leider gesperrt. Insgesamt eine eher enttäuschend Erfahrung.

Passable, lots of room for improvement.
Pros:

The hotel has a lovely lobby, and a great size room (we booked the junior suite). The bed was super comfortable. The hotel feels super safe.

Cons:

The bathroom needed refurbishing, as it felt very old and run down. The room smelt strongly of drains. The swimming pool, which was the main reason we booked, was closed earlier than expected. One member of staff seemed very apologetic about this, another suggested we shouldn't be upset about this as we didn't come to Casablanca for the pool. I think due to the earlier closure, some additional compensation should have been added to the stay. The breakfast is passable, but there were a lot of flies. We had to request more water for the room several times before we received any and often we could not reach room service over the phone.
