Habitacion ocupada y humedades

La ubicación y las instalaciones en general

Cons:

Al hacer el ckeckin y entrar en la habitación, esta estaba ocupada y una señora durmiendo en su cama. Fue una situación muy incómoda.
Bajamos a recepción, pidieron perdon y nos dieron otra habitación (605), que olía muchísimo a humedad, de hecho todos los bajos de la pared, estaban bufados de humedad.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Eurostars Casa Anfa.
Pros:

Cet établissement a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes. L’accueil est irréprochable, avec un personnel d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible.
La chambre est particulièrement spacieuse, offrant un confort remarquable.
Une excellente expérience que je recommande sans hésitation.

Seul point à améliorer : le petit déjeuner, qui pourrait être plus varié ou bien proposé à un tarif plus abordable.

La propreté et le confort du lit

Cons:

Je ne pouvais pas fermer la porte de l intérieur et le poignet de la porte de la salle de bain a besoin d une petite réparation....donc l équipe d entretien devrait faire des passages réguliers.
