great for short stay near Lulu TVM and IT Park
Pros:

Good, decent hotel, close to the IT park, Al Saj Hall and Lulu Mall, 10+ minutes to the airport.
Average comfortable double bed, large bathroom with drinking waters available. Indian breakfast is available with additional charge, good and had varieties.

Cons:

Interiors in the room need refurbishment to the current trends.

Pros:

Restaurant staffs & food are simply superb. Everything in this hotel starting from the reception to in-room dining to left luggage section, everything is well manned & managed. The best hotel in this locality by far.

It's a very nice hotel for family stay and food was nice too.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and staffs were cordial. Breakfast was very nice, especially the chef counter.

Cons:

Gym was not that great and roof top swimming pool area was not having any covered space to keep the towel even as it is whole open to sky
