Pros:

The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were dreamy.
I sleep really well for the time I slept.
Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

The windows were left opened and I didn't notice.
The hotel is not responsible for the works on the streets nearby of course but I got woken up around 3:45am by some digging machine close by and a work van was chatting below my window at 8am and woke me up too.

I wish I had been told the windows were opened as I'm sure the noise would have been diminished.

Pros:

Room was very big and beds were confortable. It included parking, which is a rare thing in Veliko Tarnovo

Cons:

A little far away from the city center, but within walking distance.
Furniture was a little run down.

Pros:

El personal es excelente, muy atentos y cordiales todo el tiempo. El tener parking privado es algo muy bueno si vas a en coche cómo era nuestro caso.

Cons:

Tal vez a la habitación le faltaba un poco de cuidado y la ubicación es buena si vas en coche, sino queda un poco alejado de los puntos turísticos
