Location was key- it was close to the train station and to the main street, plenty of cafes & Rest.
Pros:

Location of the Hotel was very good, only about 500 meters from the Train station, there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. As a bonus we found a laundromat a street away. The Hotel is quite central for the things to do in Nice with a tram 300 meters away to take you to the Promenade. Room was quite small but okay for the time spent there. Wife liked the hair dryer.

i had a few issues with the wifi initially

Cons:

La habitación en un altillo nos chocabamos la cabeza con un tirante del techo, caños a la vista.
Pedimos cambio de habitación y al día siguiente nos dieron algo un poquito mejor. Muy caro por lo que era .Buena ubicación. No lo recomiendo

Location is good

Cons:

WiFi is not working at all and you have to log in every 10 minutes. My room was very small and overpriced.
The shower was not closing and the shower head not working at all.
Outside around the hotel during night very noisy.

Hotel wifi doesnt work and no phone signal within the building
Pros:

Clean and staff were nice.

Cons:

No phone signal within the building. You have to hook up to the hotel wifi however the wifi doesn't work well at all and you have to consistently re-sign into the wifi every 10 minutes. Very frustrating.

Merci de veiller à l'entretien du matériel
Pros:

Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel: calme et proche gare SNCF.
Chambre confortable, matelas de bonne qualité, nombreuses serviettes de toilette.
Petit-déjeuner bien équilibré (diététique).

Cons:

La porte de la douche ne fermait pas complètement
Le siège de la cuvette WC était mal fixé
La chaise n'était pas en parfait état (trou dans le cuir)
L'armoire de rangement n'avait pas de portes.
