离尼斯小镇火车站很近，步行四五分钟就能到；房间大，有空调，但是空调对着床头吹，不是太好，空调关小点还行倒是不太影响；

1、卫生间太小，干湿不分离，一洗澡或洗漱满地是水；
2、卫生一般，第一晚淋浴喷头上还挂着头发丝；
3、保险柜是坏的，按照操作说明无法关锁。

Location is good. In the city centre.

Cons:

Absolutely uncomfortable place. Extremely small rooms, unpleasant stuff. The biggest mistake was staying here with child, no conditions for boogie, stairs, too small elevator and stuff who never helps. Bad experience unfortunately. Won’t recommend.

4 min from Nice-Ville Gare - it is very comfortable, also u can get pleasant breakfasts in the mornings, and if u need there are some sun umbrellas at the lobby)

L’emplacement est top, l’accueil est bien et c’est propre

Y’avait de l’eau qui sortait de notre plafond quand il pleuvait c’est déplorable même si ça a été réparé le lendemain et aussi je trouve que l’hôtel n’est pas assez aéré y’a une odeur de renfermé

Het voordeel van dit hotel is z'n ligging, nml. heel dicht bij het station en gelukkig heeft de stad Nice veel te bieden en zijn er genoeg adresjes waar je heerlijk kan ontbijten, dineren, ...

Cons:

Zéér matig hotel en de prijs niet waard. Op foto ziet alles er veel ruimer en nieuwer uit, maar in werkelijkheid is de kamer klein en behoorlijk afgeleefd. Eigenlijk was dit enkel een ruimte om een éénpersoonsbed te plaatsen, nu stond het tweepersoonsbed behoorlijk onhandig gepositioneerd. Ook de badkamer was klein en al helemaal niet praktisch. De muren zijn er flinterdun, je hoort de buren douchen en zelfs lawaai van 2 kamers verder, ... Toen we aankwamen was de kamertemperatuur warm en werkte de airco niet. De afstandsbediening die er lag was die van een airco elders, gelukkig heeft de persoon van de balie alsnog de airco kunnen activeren door ons van de juiste afstandsbediening te voorzien. En dan was er nog het internet, dat was tergend traag. Desondanks alles was dit hotel volgeboekt.
