La ubicación fantástica, así como la decoración en zonas comunes.

Cons:

Cantidad de escaleras para acceder al ascensor, y después para acceder a la habitación. Con maleta, muy desagradable.

Localização excelente. Fomos à pé para muitos pontos turísticos. Acesso fácil a metrô e ônibus. Quarto confortável e funcionários sempre simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Man muss für einige Dinge extra bezahlen wie Gepäckaufbewahrung. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt und ich war schon in vielen Hotels.

En la habitación se escucha toda las tuberías de seshague, la ventana estaba escondida, el techo tenía restos de humedad y para rematar te cobran 200€ por una noche sin desayuno

La peor estadía que pude tener. Llegué un domingo (11/1/26) a las 10 am y mientras guardaba las valijas hasta la hora del check-in un hombre que tomaba café en el lugar me robó la mochila con todas mis pertenencias con Pasaporte incluido del sillón de la recepción del hotel. Si bien los empleados presentes en ese momento le mostraron las cámaras de seguridad del hotel a la policía fue lo único que hicieron, empatía y responsabilidad CERO. Encima que me robaron dentro de su hotel no me ofrecieron ni un vaso de agua… no volvería y obviamente no lo recomiendo!! Ese mismo día a la tarde había un grupo grande de personas de trabajo con sus bolsos/ carteras sobre los sillones, corriendo el riesgo de que se lleven sus cosas también y nadie se preocupaba por prevenir que alguien sufriera otro robo… estéticamente el
hotel es lindo pero el personal pésimo… el hombre
que hizo mi ingreso al hotel minutos antes del robo nunca me miró a los ojos cuando me acerqué a Pedir el uso del teléfono para llamar al consulado… una estadía para el olvidó …
