Did the job and slept well.
Pros:

Spacious room and working AC, solid interior.

Cons:

Receptionist told me he has no rooms available, though there were clearly rooms available on booking. Unpleasant and quite crucial question to be able to answer right. Once I booked the room on booking after double checking, there was no problem at all.
