Buen hotel pero precio muy alto para lo que es.
Pros:

Todos los servicios impecables.

Cons:

Pedimos ayuda con un tema de dudas al personal de recepción y no nos quisieron ayudar, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Fantastic location opposite huge botanic garden (1km) which was great to walk / run around for exercise in the evenings and mornings. Very quiet area. Convenient location to get to main sights without staying in the busy central part of Kyoto. Paid Car parking was available at the hotel. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

We were happy to walk to get exercise. Left car at hotel for 2 days and walked 15-20 mins to catch bus / train to popular sites. Not an issue for us but no public transport near the hotel. Air con was fixed temperature and ok most of the time until suddenly very hot air at 3am!!?? Windows do not open.

Pros:

Kiva sijainti lähellä keisarillista puistoa, metroasema ja ravintola-alue lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Hinta oli kalliissa Kiotossa edullinen.

Cons:

Hotellin ikä näkyi, paikoitellen ikävästi. Aula oli hyvin hoidettu, mutta käytävien ja huoneen matto kulunut ja tahrainen.

ロケーションがよいホテル。男性スタッフの教育を強化いたしましょう！
Pros:

とにかくロケーションはよかったです。京都御所の道路挟んですぐのところで、おごそかな雰囲気漂う立地のところでした。心が清らかになる雰囲気がありました。朝早くからの散歩もとても気持ちよかったです。

Cons:

駐車場の件で前日に電話にて問合せをした際に応対にでた男性スタッフのもの言いが感じ悪くて、思わず宿泊をキャンセルしたいと思わせる程でした。しかし時は遅しで、キャンセル料が１００％かかるタイミングでしたのであきらめました。チェックインの対応は女性スタッフの方がすごく感じがよかったのでホッといたしました。翌日チェックアウトの際にどうもこの顔つきの男性かな？感じの悪い人は・・とおもってその人の列には並びませんでした。現場では嫌な思いをせずに終われたのでよかったです。
