A nice place to stay
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Noon checkout and luggage storage. Good Wifi. Convenient location.

Fabulous staff go the extra mile
Pros:

Location great. The breakfast is fantastic with a full buffet and choice from a menu- you can do both. Coffee machine also good. The staff go out of there way to check in each breakfast, help with any questions or concerns

Exceptional property with an even more exceptional staff!
Pros:

The staff at Solaris went above and beyond at every opportunity, truly outstanding!
The breakfast was also phenomenal with so many options including Ala Carte ordering.
The bed, the bedding, the availability of western news stations and entertainment in English, the bathroom facilities including Shower and separate free standing jacuzzi style tub, and the location were all equally phenomenal. Again I cannot stress enough the proactive service from the entire staff including the Spa therapist and particularly Lily were exceptional!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I could criticize.

Trendy comfortable hotel in best area of Hanoi/ fantastic buffet breakfast & excellent service!!!
Pros:

This hotel is located in a happening hub of Hanoi close to most attractions. The staff provided us the best customer service & they were awesome!!! Everyone was just wonderful, but Grace & Lily were so kind. Off the charts customer service!!! Wow❤️
Our room was large, very nice & clean. It was very comfortable & we liked it so much that we even extended our stay. The hotel is right by the lake & by good restaurants & pubs. We ate at their restaurant Mia’s which was very good. The breakfast was fantastic with all types of international buffet dishes, pastries, desert & you could also order off the menu. Yummy!!!
The night market was supposed to be happening, but was closed due to Tet as vendors were still out of town. It is right by the hotel though. All ages at the hotel.
The hotel is located in the best, more upscale area to stay in Hanoi…a perfect location. We stayed at another hotel in the older area & so we could compare both & this is the best!!!
We loved Hanoi & this hotel + team & will return!!!

Cons:

This hotel is not handicap friendly. There were stairs to get to lobby & had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to breakfast. Normally, I wouldn’t care, but I broke my knee before this trip & so am handicapped for a little while. I still managed to make it with no issues, but it would have been better without any stairs. They do have an elevator, but you still have to climb stairs. I look at this negative as my problem though.

Convenient and helpful
Pros:

Location is great and staff are all helpful. They arranged transport to and from Ninh Binh and it was easy.
The breakfast is fantastic with wonderful omelette and local pho etc. Coffee and juices are great
Dinner at the Vietnamese restaurant was exceptional.

Cons:

All very good. No complaints
