Pros:

I had booked a studio at Evvado Homes. It was very well equipped with a small kitchenette, a refrigerator, and everything was prepared well for the stay.

Very serene environment and close to nature! This doesn't feel like hotel it's a HOME!
Pros:

Peaceful home and beautiful location. Feel like a goan!

Cons:

Bathroom and main door locking feels a bit hard. Maybe little fixing on doors for smoother lock.

Overall, the place is well maintained and managed,
Pros:

The privacy, calm and quiet surrounding with greenary . Pet lovers will love this place - cats share some space outside in their own privacy and will not trouble anyone.

Cons:

Heavy rain caused water getting inside. Parking for 4 wheeler could be a concern as there is no sufficient space outside to park the vehicle without any worry.

I loved how calm and peaceful it was. The place had a serene and tranquil atmosphere, and I’ll definitely be staying again soon.

My stay here was peaceful, really enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood. My dog really enjoyed exploring the area. The house served all my needs and was super clean. The beds were comfy. For the price I think this place really takes the cake.

Also the management is super efficient and considerate.

Disappointing - didn't stay for our entire stay - checked out after one night
Pros:

Not too far away from the beach by scooter or car. It's not a quick walk to the beach. The pricing was a lot cheaper than any other properties in Goa at that time of the year, however our stay was not a pleasant one - which we should have been wary of considering the price.

Cons:

At the time of our visit (December 2024), we were quite disappointed with this stay. We stayed on the ground floor. It wasn't as clean as it looks in the photos. The A/C didn't work. There were two bathrooms but no hot water in one of them. Considering we were a group of friends, it would be difficult for us to just use one bathroom. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken. There were a lot of mosquitoes.
I can't say it wasn't value for money - we got exactly what we paid for. It explains why it was cheap in the peak month of December. So it was also on us to have looked at the photos in more detail. We were a bit thrown off by the good rating and reviews it has on Booking.
We booked our stay for 3-4 nights, but asked to check out after the first night. The property managers were kind enough to allow us to do that and not charge us for the entire stay.

Wonderful
Pros:

This is one of those places where I almost don't want to say how good it is so it stays available for me next time. Everything was so great here and I really enjoyed my stay. Family vibe and great breezes and sunlight. Fair price and perfect location. I will definitely return. I kept extending my stay because it was perfect for me. Thank you!

Cons:

Almost perfect spot. I need to reach to find dislikes. I had an obnoxious neighbor for a few nights which is not something the owners can control. Also had a couple nights with incessantly barking dogs. It's India and that is something I could say about all my locations.

Excellent stay with Good Value for money!
Pros:

The place is clean and simple. Location is amazing - in a quiet area which is green and 5 min bike ride from the beach and quarries in monsoon. The staff were super helpful before and during my stay.
