Pros:

It was a great experience, I like it. Close to a very good place to stay, sea side and restaurants nearby. The staff is very polite and does everything well. There is breakfast. Good place for this money

The staff were helpful and polite. There were a lot of local shops and markets nearby. It's not very far away from the sea. There was also a metro bus stop very close to the hotel, which was perfect to get to Istanbul. The included parking spot is essential to leave your car in this otherwise crowded area.

Cons:

Bathroom was too small and the door opened halfway. Building isolation was not enough and you could hear traffic 24/7 with closed windows. You could also see how dirty the windows were from the traffic pollution. There was also no coffee available except instant coffee. The breakfast included old soggy french fries but it was otherwise well received.

The place was really quiet. Employees at the reception were really friendly and helpful. The check-in took 1-2 minutes. The breakfast was fresh. The hotel in general is quiet and full of families. As a woman, I was able to stay there alone. It's on the main street, very easy to find public transportation. My first stay there was for 2 days, after that I stayed longer. Whenever I go back to Istanbul I'll stay there again. Highly recommended.
