Musty smell in all corridors, tatty and in need of total renovation.
Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, although it was gone 9.00pm when I arrived chef prepared me a hot meal even though kitchen was closed! Room was a good pice on booking.com
Room I had 228 was at the end of corridor closest to a busy road so even with double glazed windows closed I didn’t sleep well with noise from traffic. Hair dryer didn’t work
. The food was tasty, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
the toilet seat was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom taps needed to be dried after cleaning, as they still had water marks.

Poor food and little choice
I booked a room for family of 3 and they didn’t have a day bed or anything for my little boy so 3 of us had to share a bed which I don’t think was even a double size bed.

The bath didn't have a plug, so we couldn't use it.
Unfortunately the mattresses on all 3 beds were absolutely awful. They caved in, the springs were broken and they were as flat as a pancake. At 3.30 am, I slept on the floor instead, it was more comfortable.
