Absolutely aweful
Pros:

Car Park was OK

Cons:

Everything.
Poor staff, it stank, mould in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed.

The noise from adjoining rooms/general surroundings disruptive
The food was freshly cooked but of a terrible quality - inedible
Booked for 2 nights. Stayed one, couldn't slum it there for 2nd night. Attempted to contact about a refund, given number to call but didnt work. Contacted through app, given promises of being sent to "the team" to be dealt with, 2 weeks on no response/no refund. Avoid.

Overnight stay would be fine - Any longer look elsewhere!
Pros:

Good value for money for full english provided by chef who cooked and delivered to table. Very freindly staff which made up for lack of numbers of staff, only ever saw a receptionist and chef during time there. Room was clean and tidy however again needed some maintenance, light fittings loose or broken. Hotel appears to have been allowed to run down.

Cons:

Hotel in dire need of maintenance, outside area becoming overgrown, inside there were signs of poor maintenance. There was no alcohol on premises, was told that application had been made for liquor licence and awaiting result.

What I expected for the price, pleasant enough.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Place was a bit run down and could do with a refurb.. but beds were clean n comfy.

Bathroom was a bit grubby n worn out.

Not good at all.
Pros:

I can't actually state anything that I liked about this hotel.

Cons:

Everything could have been better. We were given a key to our room and upon entering it was clear that the room had not been cleaned. Dirty coffee cups, wet towels etc. We were told we would have to wait 30 mins for it to be cleaned. AS we had to be somewhere we asked if there were any other rooms, which we given, reluctantly.
The room was below average. Inadequate lighting, holes in the ceiling and bathroom door, room door spyhole was stuffed with tissue. The foyer and bar area was absolutely filthy. I would not stay here again. AVOID.
