Buena relación precio-calidad-ubicación
Pros:

Fuimos en temporada baja, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de los espacios prácticamente para nosotros solos. Incluso nos permitieron usar la parrilla de otro apart. La ubicación permite ir caminando tanto a la playa como a comercios y restaurantes, pero también accesible en 10 min en auto a las mejores playas del norte. Gustavo siempre atento y amable. Sin dudas recomiendo la zona y el alojamiento.

Good place but charge extra for using credit card without prior information
Pros:

Very nice place well located and comfortable

Cons:

The fact I was charged 5% on top of the price for using credit card . I know it is illegal and should be supported by the hotel not the client . It should be said prior to booking . My Revolut card turns into credit card in Brazil for some reason even though it is debit card. The receptionist didn’t even consider the fact I told I was leaving one day before to consider removing the fee. I won’t get back purely for this reason and I’m planning a long holiday next year in Florianópolis

Pros:

friendly and helpful lady runs the property. the beach is a 5 min walk away and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. the apartment we had was well stocked and had a laundry/drying area which was great. lovely pool area.

Cons:

the apartment was quite dark with no view. the accommodation was quite dated and the bedding needed updating.
