Pros:

Cute interior design, clean, very convenient and quiet location. Beautiful setting near the canal. Free lockers in reception to store luggage after check out.

Cons:

Tiny room. Reception not always manned and even when it is it was a bit cluttered and unprofessional with even the staff's cigarettes on view.

Unterkunft hat die Erwartungen erfüllt und war in einer sehr guten Lage.
Pros:

Kommunikation top, Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert.
Sauberkeit sehr gut. kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Kaffee, Wasser) wurden sehr gutiert
Alles in allem genau das was man erwartet bzw sich vorstellt.

Cons:

Zimmer doch sehr klein, was in Venedig auch verständlich ist und auch so kommuniziert wurde.
Das nur zur Vollständigkeit und keine Kritik

Comfortable and contemporary stay, home away from home vibes
Pros:

Light room, contemporary, and nice to have a balcony. Wonderful beds and bathroom.
Great extras — Grind coffee, Ren in the bathroom.
Useful facilities — Decent cup, plates, fridge, luggage store and kitchen
Easy check in

Took a little time to figure out the app at first to get check in details, but once I was in all fine

Short but sweet stay. Please sort out address confusion.
Pros:

Centra location, Iovely decor, clean and has a balcony. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

The address given on the email sends you to the wrong street, which caused confusion, delay and I got a little wet as it was raining.

Stunning
Pros:

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was modern and spotless, and the bedding was a bit thicker and very warm. The minibar was well-stocked—and free!
After check-out, we were able to store our luggage in a coin locker until the evening, which was very convenient.

If you stay here, definitely choose a room with a balcony!
Stepping out onto the balcony and seeing the city instantly gave us that exciting feeling of truly being in Venice.

Cons:

It was easy to hear the sound of doors opening and closing from the surrounding rooms.
