Klasse Hotel ... unser Besuch in Zermatt und eine kleine Rundfahrt nach Törbel und Umgebung, wurde durch dieses Hotel, komplett abgerundet.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, allerdings hätte ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl an Brot gewünscht. Sehr gutes Parkhaus. Auch die zur Hotelgruppe gehörenden Restaurants sind sehr empfehlenswert. Zudem gab es einen Gutschein für ein Gratisgetränk.

Cons:

Früher gab es für Hotelgäste einen Transfer nach Zermatt rund um die Uhr für 7 CHF. Leider wurde dieses Angebot stark eingeschränkt und verkehrt nun nur noch zwischen 08:00–10:00 und 15:00–17:00 Uhr. Dadurch entstehen zusätzliche Kosten, was das Hotel insgesamt weniger attraktiv macht. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir daher eher wieder direkt in Zermatt übernachten.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Hotel, es hat alles gepasst, wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, grossartiges Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was es braucht, gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer, gute Betten, alles sehr sauber, wir kommen gerne wieder!
