Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit super tollem Personal und leckerer Küche
Pros:

Das Hotel als solches war sehr gut. Sauberkeit top. Moderne und saubere Zimmer. Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen und es war mega fein.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, das Personal, alle Mitarbeiter, welche wir während unseres Aufenthaltes angetroffen hatten, waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gratuliere.

Cons:

Wir haben zum Glück noch 3 Gutscheine bekommen ansonten, wären die 711 CHF pro Nacht "nicht in Zermatt sondern in Täsch" : Ohne Frühstück, Parking, Zimmerservice, direkt an der Hauptstrasse, Beleuchtung ins Zimmer die ganze Nacht und oberhalb einer Autowasch Anlage, welche schon um sechs Uhr morgens läuft, schon ziemlich überrissen, muss ich sagen.
Es ist mir auch nicht klar, wesshalb die Terrassenbeleuchtung, die ganze Nacht die Zimmer erhellt?

Ps: Die Kaffeekapseln und den Tee könnte man trotzdem mal auffüllen ;-)

Pokoje bardzo czyste i ciche. Obsługa miła i przyjazna. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Duży podziemny parking.

Cons:

Parking podziemny pod hotelem płatny tylko kartą. Brak możliwości płatności gotówką :-(

Schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten für einen Ausflug zum Matterhorn
Pros:

Schönes neues Hotel mit gemütlichen Zimmern und Parkgarage und sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Fast gegenüber ist die Bahnstation für die Zugfahrt nach Zermatt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit großer Auswahl. Gut besuchtes Lokal im Hotel.

Cons:

Für die Poolbenutzung wäre ein Aufpreis zu zahlen gewesen.
