Schöne Zimmer, mittelmässiger Service
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für Familien optimal geschnitten: Über einen eigenen kleinen Flur sind die Schlafräume vom öffentlichen Bereich getrennt. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und angenehm geräumig.
Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war durchweg gut und preislich moderat – besonders für Schweizer Verhältnisse. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof. Man erreicht Zermatt in wenigen Minuten bequem und stressfrei mit der Bahn.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück 20 CHF pro Erwachsenem und 10 CHF für unsere 13-Jährige kostet. Unsere 4-jährige Tochter würde kostenlos frühstücken. Für uns als Familie wären das also 50 CHF pro Tag gewesen – ein Preis, mit dem wir sehr einverstanden waren, da wir morgens ohnehin eher wenig essen.
Bei der Abreise teilte uns jedoch ein anderes Teammitglied mit, dass der reguläre Preis eigentlich bei 70 CHF pro Tag für die Familie liege. Man kam uns „entgegen“ und berechnete letztendlich 60 CHF pro Tag.
Der Betrag an sich ist nicht dramatisch, aber die widersprüchlichen Auskünfte und das Gefühl, nachträglich nachverhandeln zu müssen, haben mich sehr geärgert und mir leider etwas die Laune verdorben. Das ist besonders schade, weil unser Aufenthalt ansonsten wirklich sehr schön war.
Ganz allgemein empfanden wir die Freundlichkeit und den Service im Restaurant sowie beim Frühstück eher als mittelmäßig. So wurde das benutzte Geschirr auch dann nicht abgeräumt, als wir fast die einzigen Gäste im Frühstücksraum waren. Es ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber dadurch hatten wir nicht das Gefühl besonders willkommen zu sein.

Gavome didele studija, kuri net ne studija o viešbučio apartamentai. Kiek trūksta švaros ant grindų, bet tai nekėlė problemos. Taksi iki Zermatt pigesne nei traukinys, bet neveža iki stoties, jei keliones tikslas i Matterhorn- paprašykite kad paleistu žaliojo buso stoteleje. Viešbutis idealioje vietoje. Siūlomos SPA gretimame viešbutyje tobulos, turint omenyje kad buvome vieni visame SPA. Personalas registratūroje labai paslaugus, ačiū. Suteikia 25% nuolaida parkingui. Itališka virtuvė.

Eine perfekte Alternative zu den teureren Zermatt Hotels.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage - 5min. zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Von dort fährt ein Shuttle Zug alle 20 min. nach Zermatt. Wenn man Frühstück bucht, reichhaltiges gutes Buffet. Restaurant „Da Vinci“ mit guter italienischer Küche. Zimmer sauber, komfortabel, gute Matratze, Kühlschrank, Nespresso Maschine, Teekocher (es wird täglich alles neu aufgefüllt) und eine 1a Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wer Zermatt zu teuer findet, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir können das Porta Cervino bedenkenlos empfehlen.

The hotel is exceptionally good, well located just 12 minutes from Zermatt.
Pros:

The hotel is near the train station, has nice mountains surrounding the area and the breakfast is very complete. The expresso coffee machine in the room is excellent!

Cons:

The hotel is near the gas station that makes us travelers to be in near space with busy workers. The hotel should place shrubs or a wall on the right side to make sitting at outside sofas more pleasant and transportation workers away from us traveling for leisure.

The best place to stay just outside of Zermatt!
Pros:

It was exactly as described, lovely and clean and modern with the alpine lodge styling. Staff were fantastic and friendly, facilities wonderful - even use of 2 spas at sister hotels. The access from the train is super close and the shuttle to zermatt is very frequent!

Cons:

I liked everything - no complaints or negatives what so ever.

Fantastic . Highly recommend for a stay in Täsch
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. Great location near the train and the parking was right directly underneath it. The room was clean, modern great facilities. Our staff was very pleasant warm and welcoming

Cons:

There was no sauna at the actual hotel. You had to walk to their sister hotel. Honestly, not that big of a deal but the only thing I can think of because it was a great stay

Magnifique !
Pros:

The hotel is brand new, cosy and very clean.
They have a special deal to drive you to Zermatt and back after skiing by taxi for CHF 7.- pp/per run. No need to take the train anymore... who can ask for anything more ??
Breakfast is excellent, wide choice and well served.

Goed opgezet hotel met prima faciliteiten voor een wintersport vakantie in Zermatt

Cons:

Door de ligging van het hotel, dicht bij de parkeergarage voor Zermatt hoor je in de vroege vroege ochtend het vertrekkende en aankomende verkeer.
