I don't recommend this hotel in this small touristic city

Very disappointed
Cons:

Very bad attitude at the reception desk. If the lady has some personal problems let her stay at home. Rude, nervous, negative, arrogant.

No card payment. Very strange that the cards are accepted at the breakfast but not at the reception. On the top of it she tried to cheat me with a false exchange rate. Is that the aim, to make a profit through expensive exchange rate?

We are very disappointed.

We had a nice time in Caciulata, most spent in hiking around and trips to Vidra, by car.
Pros:

First of all, was not a room, we've booked an apartment, with bedroom , living and balcony. We had a park/mountain view, beautiful but noisy (because of intense traffic). The apartment tried to offer a cozy eclectic early XX century atmosphere with a combination of old furniture and stuff, all together .....starting from a HMV Gramophone, ending with a recent small fridge, AC and an old led TV. We had free parking in front of the hotel.

Cons:

We had no Wi-fi. The bathroom sewage problems gaves us a very persistant bad smell, inside room. There were no amenities except a non functional, broked, soap dispenser. TV was working but unable to receive any channels. Breakfast was a la carte, payed on place, because the restaurant is different from the hotel. We've tried to pay on room account, but was not accepted.
