Pros:

Lovely position overlooking the bay.staff were very pleasant .Food in the pub part of the hotel was well presented and piping hot .breakfast was nice as well with a good choice of cereals and hot food.

Pillows were a little hard .good job we brought our own

Pros:

The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was given a late check out to accommodate the last minute delays of the ferry to Dublin at no extra cost. I was so looked after at breakfast (I'm gluten and dairy free). Nothing was too much trouble. This fab hotel will be my regular layover now!

Le personnel était tes serviable et agréable.

Chambre très spacieuse et propre.
Le Pub de l’hôtel est très bon surtout pour ses pies et fruits de mer.

Excellent stay in one of our favourite Anglesey towns.
Pros:

Had a great three night stay here for a family birthday. Although we’ve visited the hotel for food over the years this is the first time staying here. The staff were wonderful and friendly. We were even treated to a free room upgrade on arrival.

Cons:

Only real complaint would be the temperature in the rooms and corridors. Although a high quality fan was provided for the room the corridors were very warm when travelling to and from our room. A small inconvenience.

Great stay, will definitely return
Pros:

Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing and filling, set me up for the day. Bed very comfy and rooms beautiful., well stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.

Cons:

The hotel i found extremely hot and stuffy, especially in the corridors, used the air-conditionining in the room to cool the room down and was better.
Couldn't use the swimming pool unfortunately as a lone guest unless someone else was swimming which I found a little disappointing.
