Welcoming, friendly and comfortable.
Pros:

Everything, it was very comfortable and the staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for me. I had my little dog with me they made a fuss of him and brought him a sausage every morning with breakfast, there was a welcome doggie pack in the room on arrival.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wunderbare und ruhige Lage, großes und sauberes Zimmer, kostenloser Parkplatz für Gäste, Frühstück wurde nicht um 10 Uhr abgeräumt sondern erst deutlich später

Cons:

Bei dem Preis erwarte ich mehr, z.B. beim Frühstück könnte man sich mehr am europäischen Kontinent orientieren und auch Käse, Gemüse und einen Kaffeevollautomat anbieten (Cappuccino hätte hier extra gekostet...), einzelne schwarze Stellen oberhalb der Badewanne (Schimmel?) - wurden allerdings auf meine Bitte hin z.T. entfernt

Hotel is close to Holyhead, which is a great advantage. Staff pleasant & professional Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Slow in restaurant providing drinks before meal - waited over half an hour - but it was very busy.
Shame not a lot of Welsh seen around the hotel - not even the word Croeso / Welcome. Also - pity Welsh products not used by hotel e.g yougurts - Llaeth y Llan yougurts for example. Instead the yougurts provided had an Jnion Jack on them - come on Trearddur Bay - use Welsh products! The same goes for toiletries in bathroom. There are so many lovely Welsh products that could be used!
