The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach is very accessible and beautiful
The rooms are cramped and outdated and very noisy as the pipes are old and you can hear lots of noise from other bathrooms and doors crashing from other rooms
Excellent Breakfast, staff very attentive. Very helpful young dark haired lady on reception and older gentleman who gave very good advice on places to visit and what to look out for when we went round the island.
We were dissapointed with the wardrobe and storage space for clothing in the room.
We would have liked the pool facilities actually connected to the hotel. In the end we didn't actually use them.

Rooms comfortable and clean. Choice of 2 restaurants. Both good food. Swimming pool was clean and kids loved it. Few swimming toys were a lovely added bonus. Second time weve stayed here and its great location, service and nice rooms will always being us back.

Great location, right in front of the beach with amazing views. Very kind and friendly staff , clean accommodation and daily cleaning of the room. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of choice.

I've been going to Trearddur Bay since I was 4 or 5. I'm 72 now. I love Trearddur Bay and this hotel is a perfect place in terms of beach side location. Parking is free, once registered at reception. It's also ideal for walking to local coffee shops, cafes and bars.
If I'm honest, the food was average at best. I had lamb rump which was quite tough and chewy and very fatty. You expect fat in lamb but this was a bit much. My wife had salmon which was overcooked and dry.
Also, I think the hotel is overpriced. £170+ for a room without a seaview, overlooking a roof and 2 Aircon units is a bit steep
The room had wonderful views, beds were comfortable, staff very helpful.
Cigarette ends on the balcony hadn't been swept up from previous occupants.
