I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kathmandu Eco Hotel for 4 nights! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm, friendly, and professional behavior. Their approach to guest service was truly outstanding—always attentive, helpful, and ready with a smile.
The hotel amenities exceeded my expectations, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job every day—everything was spotless and perfectly organized.
Overall, my experience was excellent. The combination of great service, comfortable facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend Kathmandu Eco Hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely choose to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very centrally located, clean room and nice staff. They helped with airport pickup and very late check-in as well.
Excellent location, a bit old furniture but staff is the greatest asset. Very helpful in anything you need (including laundry service) and always with a smile.
WiFi is weak at the higher floors but I was moved to a lower one where it was OK.

I had a wonderful stay at Kathmandu Eco Hotel and would happily give it five stars. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a genuine smile. I am especially thankful to the check in team, the breakfast team, and Bimal for making me feel so welcome throughout my stay.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great way to start each day.
Due to some unexpected changes in my trip, I had to cancel part of my stay, and the team handled everything with understanding and professionalism. A special thank you to Bimal for making a stressful situation much easier.
