Simple, clean no fuss
Pros:

Room was clean and seemed to be recently renovated. Close to town and pub nextdoor was great for dinner

Cons:

There was no mirror in the room, not great for getting ready for dinner. A microwave would have been handy for breakfast.

A stop over on a road trip with kids
Pros:

Great for a night with kids on the road, big enough, clean. No microwave though and the only wash basin was in the kitchen. Absolutely fine for one night - excellent value for money . We ended up eating at the pub, due to no microwave. Pub meal was actually ok, as had some specials to choose from.
