Soluzione dopo aver richiesto il giorno i prima per poter ricaricare l’auto molto complessa e risolta ma con soluzione che ha creato degli attriti tra chi gestisce il parcheggio rispetto a che gestisce l’hotel

In vita mia non mi era mai capitato un esperienza così brutta ..... avevo prenotato una suite mi hanno dato una stanza piccola ruvida sporca piena di formiche senza nemmeno il frigo bar !!!!sono scesa a chiedere informazioni la ragazza della reception non mi ha saputo dare una spiegazione!!!!!!! Alla fine hanno suonato alla mia porta con le scuse e che mi avrebbero regalato la colazione loro!!!!!che avevo pagato 50 euro in più per una stanza!!!!! C'è solo una spiegazione in tutto ciò imbroglioni!!!!!non andate in quel posto perché è peggio di un film horror

Okay hotel, perfect location to visit pompei
Pros:

The location is perfect to visit Pompei.
Staff, Antonio at reception, was very nice and upgraded our room due to being on our honey moon. He also recommended where to go for dinner.

Cons:

Even though we were upgraded to a bigger room, unfortunately the upgraded room had mold on the walls and a hole on the bathroom ceiling.

Pros:

The guy who checked us in was a very helpful guy, “thank you”

Cons:

The ground works at the entrance wasn’t great so we dragged dirt in, the room and bathroom was tiny.
The shower wasn’t great either and was leaking.
The reception during the night had texts coming through every 5 mins so we didn’t sleep great and the noise of conversation carried up to our room.
