Overall the stay was comfortable.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me, as it was close to my meeting and workplaces. I didn't like the puri for breakfast, but the paratha was fine.

Cons:

The window curtains should be dark, as streetlights at night and early-morning sunlight disturb sleep.

Convenient and friendly place
Pros:

Hotel in in a convenient place in Thimphu and the staff was exceptional and to their best to meet our requirements. The flexibility on food options are remarkable even at busy operations they managed to meet our requests for breakfast and dinner

Nice hotel in good price
Pros:

Very clean rooms with good hospitality. All amenities are provided. Helpful staff. Restaurants and shops are nearby. It's a bit far from the Thimphu city center. Price is good.

Very bad experience.
Pros:

The property is quite not good, and the service from the staff was disappointing. When I tried to order dinner at 8 PM, I was told it wasn’t available, and even for breakfast, they were unable to take orders. If they can’t provide these services, it’s confusing why a menu is placed in the room. Overall, the service was quite poor.

The telephone was not working, and the room service was poor.
