Checkin check out process was smooth
Breakfast taste good (but need to be early)
Lots of free parking
Good location to go to bandar melaka etc

Great hotel for visiting Malacca
Pros:

Very friendly. Great location. Excellent value. Good breakfast. Comfortable. Good TV. Good WiFi. Good bathroom. Spacious. Excellent swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers.

Cons:

We had issues with the hot water. 2/3 nights had cold showers even after being reported at reception.
Be careful on floor 5 (swimming pool) where there are unmarked steps between different levels (easy to fall down)

Peaceful and Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

quiet location, spacious and clean rooms, comfy bed, well equipped facilities, friendly and helpful front desk staff, availability of prayer rooms, swimming pool.

Cons:

limited choice of breakfast, hot drinks (coffee and tea) were cold

The bathroom, the bedding.

Cons:

The air conditioning is very noisy, homekeeping is always missing such as soap or towel.
Staff isn't always helpful.

Everything except the unpleasant smell.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor and also inside of my room, especially in the toilet. I think the unpleasant smell came from the plastic toilet perfume that may have been reused a few times.
