Cons:

Klozette su yok daha evrensel düşünülebilir. 4. Kat oda duvarları alcipan yan odalardan sesler geliyor. İzolasyon olmalı.

Kesinlikle gitmeyin yanından bile geçmeyin bu otelin. Şimdi başıma geleni anlatıyorum. Beni başkasının kaldığı dolu odaya gönderdiler içeri girdiğimde valizler elbiseler vardı hemen çıktım ve resepsiyona gittim bana verdiğiniz oda dolu dedim gülerek karşıladılar. Ya içeride biri olsaydı ya uygunsuz bir duruma şahit olsaydım kim hesap verecekti kim uğraşacakti. Aslında kalmak istemedim orda ama randevum olduğu için vaktim yoktu mecbur kaldım. Odalar leş gibi havlular saç ve kıl içindeydi elimi bile sürmedim yıkanmadan bırakıldığı belliydi. Yastık kılıfı bile yirtikti. Eğer paranız boşa gitmesin istiyorsanız bu güvensiz ve tehlikeli otelden uzak durun. Başınıza her şey gelebilir. Arka odalarda aşağıdaki restaurantlarin yemek kokusundan durulmuyor ön odalarda ise gece 3 e kadar sesten gürültüden durulmuyor.

Pros:

Было очень чисто и удобно, ресепщен 24/7. Приняли гостепреимно и помогали во всём.

Cons:

Несмотря на то что в комнате был французский балкон курить было все ровно нельзя, приходилось спускаться 3 этажа на улицу чтобы покурить.
В целом это не очень отразилось на комфорте и общении ощущении но курильщиком на заметку.

מלון טוב מבחינת המיקום אבל אין אפשרות לנוח מהבוקר ועד חצית , בנוסך מדובר בארוחת בוקר בסיסית ביותר

A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Location and Exceptional Service
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, excellent facilities, and an outstanding staff who make our family want to return again and again. The included breakfast is very healthy, with plenty of fresh fruit, dairy products, and a wide selection of beverages. The clock tower is mesmerising, with chimes every three hours.

Cons:

Some guests don’t seem to appreciate the beautiful hotel rooms. Their carelessness has led to damage in our room - for example, the toilet roll holder, shower curtain, and shower head were all ruined. It’s also quite inconvenient on a rainy day to cross the courtyard to reach the breakfast area, as the water pools quickly and floods the ground. I’m sorry, but the free concert isn’t enjoyable enough on most nights to justify the loud female vocal, which disrupted our sleep between 8:30 pm and 11:30 pm.

Персонал отеля был очень дружелюбным, профессиональным и русскоговорящим. Останавливаюсь здесь я уже 2й раз, то есть 2й год )))
