Pros:

Good budget option. The room was spacious, the location is right at the start of the main street for bar's, restaurants and shops. The hotel has an outside area up on the roof which is great for viewing the sunrise and sunsets.The breakfast was also very nice. The best thing about this place is the staff. Very friendly and helpful, and can help with pretty much anything you want to do while in Pokhara.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated, and the AC wasn't powerful enough for the big room. The bathroom didn't have an extractor fan, so there was a lot of condensation after taking a shower. Not a massive problem, but the rooms could definitely do with a bit of a more modern upgrade. Just some constructive criticism.......🙏🏻

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable a escasos metros del lago de Pokhara.
Pero lo mejor de todo fue el personal, un trato exquisito, inmejorable,siempre a la escucha y atentos a cualquier necesidad que tengas.
De todos los hoteles que he visitado en mi vida (varios) este tenía el MEJOR PERSONAL super cercanos, humanos y muy efectivos.
Siempre con una sonrisa dibujada en la cara y un gran corazón.
No olvidaré el trato privilegiado que recibí en este hotel. El trato humano y el precio son INMEJORABLES.
GRACIAS A TODO EL EQUIPO DEL HOTEL POR HABERME HECHO DISFRUTAR TANTO DE MI ESTANCIA CON VOSOTROS.
Estoy seguro que nos volveremos a ver muy pronto...
Especial recuerdo y cariño al señor BICKY que hizo de mi estancia un sueño.

Si tuviera que poner algo negativo, es que el hotel es un poco antiguo, pero es un hotel limpio con un desayuno muy rico y sobre todo el personal.

Splendid view - and splendid service
Pros:

What an amazing view! Just like the hotels name. Everything with our stay was perfect. Great service - Bikhi helped us organise everything for trecking as well, arranging a guide and a lift to the trail start and suggesting circuits. the hotel is also very well located by the lake and a moments walk to shops, restaurants and everything tourists would want to see. I recommend Coffee Ministry across the road for great morning coffee :) lovely garden for breakfast.

Gentilezza dello staff al primo posto

La posizione è a due passi dal lago e vicino a tutti i ristoranti e locali. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo nel cercare di rispondere a tutte le nostre esigenze: ci hanno aiutato a prenotare il volo per Kathmandu, servizio lavanderia e cercato una guida per visitare Pokhara. La stanza era pulita e l’acqua per la doccia calda.
