Everything.
All perfect.
Location is great. The view was amazing. WiFi is good. There is beautiful balcony. The room has everything needed.
I had a very disappointing experience with the way my privacy and personal boundaries were handled during my stay.
One morning, the housekeeper knocked on my door and immediately opened it without waiting for a response. The door was closed but not locked. I had just come out of the shower and was completely naked. She then asked me to go downstairs to the office on the first floor to speak with the owner.
Since I already had the owner’s WhatsApp number, I messaged her to ask why she needed to see me. She replied that I needed to pay the city tax and that she only wanted to talk for “two minutes.” I explained that I was in a hurry and leaving, told her when I would be available later, and asked if we could do it then. I never said that I would not come or that I would not pay. Nevertheless, she continued insisting, repeatedly asking whether I really didn’t have just two minutes.
Even after I had explained when I would be available, she came upstairs to my room. When I opened the door while still getting ready, she again asked when I could speak with her. I told her I could simply leave the money on the table, to which she replied, “Don’t you have 3 euros now?” Ultimately, the only matter she needed to discuss was the €3 city tax; there was nothing else important she needed to tell me. I found the continued insistence unnecessary and disrespectful, especially after I had clearly explained that I was in a hurry and had offered another time.
After I closed the door, she knocked again to tell me not to slam the gate. I wasn’t making any noise at that moment, so the comment felt unnecessary. It also meant yet another interruption after I had already explained that I needed to leave.
Before my arrival, the owner contacted me on three separate occasions. During one of those conversations, she told me that I would have to stay in two different rooms and move during my stay. In the end, this never happened, and I stayed in the same room for my entire stay.
Locatia este superba
Galagia facuta de pescarusi, dar nu este vina hotelului
Chill place, very nice staff
Nothing, for the price you’re paying it is perfect for young people.
There is no breakfast in the place. The location is great, the sea side view - very pleasant.
Everything was ok
The location is perfect! The hotel is located in the historical part of Sozopol, which is very interesting and artistic, I highly recommend it.
The hotel is small, clean, cozy, full of artwork and paintings, and my room facing the sea is incredible!
The staff is also nice and polite. These are people you can count on to help you if needed 😀
The stay was too short, I'm coming back soon!
Nice apartment in a great location, comfy bedroom, cleaning every day, terrace with a great view, definitely worth it's price
Seagulls were really load sometimes it interrupted my sleep
The location is very nice, with a view to the sea, in the old town, about 10 min walk from the beach, very clean, in a quiet area. Has a small garden.
The bathroom was a bit unconfortable, no separate shower from the rest of the room, the water was draining slowly. Not very unpleasant, but just to be aware.
Страхотен хотел - никакви оплаквания - чудесно място за изкарване на няколко ден в Созопол и околността
Всичко беше ОК
Всичко е точно. Хармония, релакс и тишина!
Няма такова нещо.
Perfect location. Тhe landlady is very kind and responsive.
No any complains.
