Newly built hotel with a few things to sort out
Pros:

Newly built hotel with a few things to sort out to become great. Room was big and nice, bed comfortable, but balconies were lacking furniture so we couldn't really use them. When I asked about it in the reception, they said they didn't have enough balcony furniture for all rooms. Great breakfast. Part of why we booked the hotel was for the beautiful outdoor pool - However, when we got there, a pool guard told us kids were not allowed there, so we had to go to the inside pool. This age limit is not written on the homepage, not in the hotel's own information in the room. Parking in the garage was quite expensive, and due to all AC outlets being placed there it was also unbearably hot at all times. Though we stayed three nights, nobody came to clean our room (should be done every two days, according to hotel's own communication).

Pros:

Happy Volley Resort is a nice hotel, new, swimming facilities, restaurant and many more. Location - far a way from city center. Road infrastructure is under reconstruction.
View to Karkonosze is amaizing.

Pros:

Top Essen, allerdings recht hochpreisig. Leider war bei den Getränken wirklich viel ausverkauft.
Zimmer, Pool... schön!
Zufahrt zum Hotel eine Zumutung: matschige Sandpiste, lauter Nebengebäude im Bau.
Alles in allem trotzdem schöner Urlaub!

War das zweite Mal dort. Dieses Mal war überfüllt. Waren dieses Mal in Gebäude A. Der Durchgang zum Pool und Speisesaal (Gebäude B) erfolgt durch die Tiefgarage, wo es kalt und dreckig ist.

We enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was very kind. Breakfast very good choice and tasty. Nice pool and apartments are very nicely furnished. definitely recommend this resort.
