Buena hubicación, con trato excelente. El desayuno de calidad. La habitación justo en tamaño, sin embargo el baño muy completo con bañera hidromasage.

הצוות במלון היה שרותי מחוייך ומסייע לכל פנייה.
המלון במקום מרכזי ונוח לתיור בעיר.
ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת.
המסעדה והשף אחת הטובות שפגשתי. ברמה גבוהה מאוד.
שהיתי במלון שבוע ימים ונהנתי מאוד מחווית השהייה .

Cons:

המלון מוגדר כ 5 כוכבים. יש בו לובי ודסק קטנטנים. מעלית אחת קטנה ועתיקה. חדרים קטנים יחסית. בית קפה קטן שמארח בשני שולחנות בצמוד לחדר האוכל. יחסית למספר הכוכבים די מאכזב.

Excelente moderno hotel!!!!
Pros:

Es un Hotel que está muy bien ubicado, es modernos, con instalaciones impecables y personal que asombra por su buena atención.
La habitación es buenísima, las personas ayudan en todo lo que necesites.
El desayuno es muy rico, con productos italianos de sabores exquisitos. Jugos, café, yogurt, jamón, variados quesos muchas cosas dulces, huevos en distintas preparaciones, pan… muchas cosas en realidad.
Debo mencionar que el restaurante del hotel es increíble, sus preparaciones, la presentación, sabor y toda los que atienden hacen que sea una grata experiencia.
El hotel está cerca de la estación de trenes, lo que ayuda si te quieres movilizar a otra ciudad en el.
Pero está muy, muy cerca de todo lo que hay que conocer. Para visitar prácticamente todo lo hicimos caminando, porque realmente todo está cerca.
Si estuviera nuevamente en Florencia sería nuevamente mi elección.

450 metri a piedi dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
Colazione molto buona e con discreta varietà di prodotti; possibilità di scelta a buffet o di ordinare alla carta (alcuni prodotti non sono stranamente inclusi con regolare segnalazione dei prezzi per ognuno).
Gradita consumazione omaggio al bar con cocktail analcoolico.
Staff Reception molto cortese e sempre immediatamente disponibile.
Camera molto ampia e pulitissima.
Pulizia della camera più volte durante la giornata.
Prodotti per bagno della AquaFlor in Borgo Santa Croce a Firenze.
Ristorante OSMO CUCINA provato a pranzo molto gradito [voglia di provare quanto prima menù degustazione proposto nel servizio serale per cena.
Hotel straconsigliato e mi auguro di poter tornare quanto prima

Perfect location, wonderful staff, stunning rooms, absolutely outstanding restaurant attached, should be a Michelin star restaurant! If you stay at the hotel they provide a 50% discount for their restaurant, which was more than exceptional! One of our favorite meals on our trip!

Cons:

The beds and pillows were not as comfortable as expected for a 5 star hotel. Beds could be softer, pillows were flat and hard, could offer more fluffy/softer options.
