Pros:

We had a beautiful room, with a very large bathroom. Lovely dressing area, very spacious room. The bed was really comfortable, however I found the pillows not right for me. I used to suffer with neck problems, so this is no fault of the hotel. The toiletries were fantastic, I love it when hotels provide shower caps as having curly hair. I like to keep my hair dry during showers. The stuff amazing, really helpful and friendly. I asked for an omelette at breakfast which was cooked a perfection, nothing was any problem to anybody, always friendly and helpful staff. Checking very easy, the lady at Reception gave us a map and marked out Where we should go to see, which is really helpful and really made our trip! We’ve booked again to stay at the Floren in a few months time and can’t wait.

Cons:

The room was quite warm, but once we got the air-conditioning going that helped cool it down. Booked to be completely honest there was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. The location was perfect, very clean.

Você precisa ficar nesse hotel para ter uma excelente experiencia em Florença.
Pros:

O Hotel é excelente em todos os aspectos. O quarto muito espaçoso, silencioso e confortável. A equipe ágil e atenciosa. O ponto alto foi a surpresa que fizeram no dia do aniversário da minha esposa. A localização também é excelente podendo ir para qualquer atração em Florença em menos de 3 minutos de caminhada.

Ottimo servizio soprattutto dela parte reception e dello staff della prima colazione (molto gentili, mi hanno avvisato per tempo che avrebbero iniziato a sgomberare la zona buffet).

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto atteggiamento del responsabile del servizio della cena di sabato 28/2.
Alle 21.00 ho chiesto se potessi avere i cocktail analcolici di benvenuto, ed il responsabile di sala con aria saccente mi ha risposto "li serviamo evidentemente quando non è presente un servizio in sala", quando sarebbe bastato un semplice "mi scusi ma essondoci la cena non risuciamo ad accontentarla perchè il bar è chiuso".

Pros:

Staff always great and helpful. Excellent location, close to everything, walk everywhere. Comfortable bed, huge shower with strong water pressure, heated rack if you want to wash something and dry overnight. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

I've stayed there three times and would do it again, but I didn't like that I had pre-booked at a higher rate than the hotel rate the 3rd time and didn't get a price adjustment so I paid more than I should have (reserved through Booking.com)

Very nice and modern room number ,a little bit small but for 1 night it’s more than enough. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast not bad ,the only one thing the salmon fillet was not fresh and a little dry and dark and it was very good visible, I didn’t even eat it. All the rest is fine.
