Un bel établissement, mais quelques attitudes indignes de son standing.
Pros:

C’est sans doute l’hôtel le plus confortable de Lüderitz, avec une très belle vue sur la mer depuis certaines chambres et une jetée privée idéale pour profiter du paysage et faire de belles photos. Le personnel à l’accueil est très attentif et professionnel. Le restaurant est également une excellente adresse pour déguster les produits de la mer. Nous y avons dîné deux soirs, avec deux ambiances très différentes : la première soirée était assez tendue, avec une cheffe de salle peu souriante et très directive, aussi bien avec les clients qu’avec son équipe. La seconde soirée était beaucoup plus détendue, tout en restant très professionnelle, grâce à une cheffe de salle particulièrement sympathique, avenante et à l’aise avec les clients.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé le prix des chambres assez élevé et avons surtout été très gênées par l’attitude d’un membre du personnel chargé des bagages, qui a plaisanté à notre sujet avec la responsable de l’accueil juste après notre passage, pensant manifestement que nous ne l’entendrions pas. Une attitude particulièrement déplacée et peu professionnelle dans un établissement de cette gamme.

The crayfish served was not up to standard. It is pricey and customers must be informed that it is frozen crayfish. Price not worth it as it was tough and tasteless.

It was basic for a hotel.
Pros:

View of the ocean and comfortable rooms, WiFi password card it is actually a smart move. And food was good.

Cons:

TV didn’t work (outdated TV), only has news on it. I couldn’t watch it and I was really looking forward to watching a nice show on there.

Dit was voor ons een meevaller. We hadden vooraf wat twijfels, maar ons verblijf hier van twee nachten bleek een heerlijke periode van tot rust komen op een volle reis.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Parkeren kan beveiligd voor de deur. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, vers en afwisselend. Het avondeten was heerlijk en betaalbaar.

Een aanrader voor een paar dagen ontspanning aan de kust.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage und eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Für die Kids gibt es einen Pool, einen Garten und einen Spielplatz. Außerdem gibt es ein Restaurant mit wirklich leckerem Essen direkt vor Ort. Für uns definitiv eines der besten Familienhotels in Lüderitz!

Cons:

Wenn man überhaupt etwas bemängeln möchte, könnten die Zimmer eine kleine Modernisierung vertragen – aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
