Оочень красивый и эстетичный номер, безумно уютно и спокойно. У нас был номер с ванной на балконе, ванна очень классная, кровать удобная (несмотря на то, что это просто матрац на полу), в общей, обеденной зоне играет приятная расслабляющая музыка

В отеле можно заказать кофе, по цене совершенно не дорого, и так вкусно!!! Кофе здесь отличный

Рецепшн очень уютный, много красивых интерьерных деталей в декоре, нам всегда все рассказывали, объясняли, советовали какие-то места

Персонал это отдельный огромный плюс! Здесь мы себя чувствовали дорогими гостями, работники такие милые и приветливые 😍😍 по приезде нас угостили чаем

Однозначно стоит своих денег

Beautiful and peaceful

Staying at Hajime was one of the highlights of my two-week trip to Vietnam. From the beautiful room, delicious breakfast and coffee, to the kind and friendly owners and staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and relaxing, I cannot say enough good things about this home stay!

L’extrême attention du personnel, leur gentillesse; ils anticipent nos besoins. Des petits déjeuners exceptionnels mêlant la cuisine vietnamienne et le raffinement japonais. Une maison japonaise idéalement située dans un quartier calme de Hue, proche des tombeaux et du centre. On a adoré .

3 đêm ở tại đây là 1 kỷ niệm khá tròn trịa về Huế. Bù lại địa điểm hơi xa và phải đi vào ngõ, tại đây cung cấp cho bạn 1 trải nghiệm rất Nhật giữa lòng Cố Đô. Nhân viên thân thiên, dịch vụ tận tình. Host luôn đảm bảo chúng tôi bắt đầu ngày mới bằng những món chay ngon miệng và no bụng.
3 nights here is a unforgettable experience. The host is keen on making sure you will have a few things: one, a truly Japanese experience; two, a warm and friendly attitude luke you’re home; and last but not least, a fully belly with their delicious vegetarian food every morning (and as a meat lover, I have to said I’m surprisingly enjoy every meal)
Yes the location isn’t the best but i think it could be compromised.

店内员工很nice，尤其是老板娘和老板做事认真负责，帮忙提行李，安排电摩托，送机车，洗衣送衣服务，grab带来的食品也会在前台安排到碗里，房间干净整洁，日式风格独具一格！ 我不喜欢吵闹的街区，这里远离闹市区，每天骑着电摩托穿梭，很好玩！整体来说，非常推荐，很好，很贴心，感谢！

Me gustó todo: el lugar, la habitación, pero sobre todo la familia/propietarios.
Me sentí súper bienvenido desde el primer momento: desde el té de bienvenida (delicioso), hasta el detalle de la sal japonesa para la bañera.
El desayuno fue espectacular; sinceramente, nunca había comido un desayuno tan rico.
Incluso esperaron conmigo hasta que llegó mi taxi.
Una familia encantadora, atenta y llena de calidez.

Incredible hospitality, we have received an unplanned super early check in (thank you!), enjoyed delicious breakfast, top quality coffee, the room was beautifully designed, the futon felt better than any of the beds in Vietnam, the bath felt luxurious, the location in a quiet and peaceful area with lots of things to do around and a short grab ride to the city center. Do not hesitate to visit this place, 10/10 is not enough to say how wonderful it is.

Accoglienza al top. Pulizia ottima, bagno confortevole, doccia grande e asse del water riscaldata.... Esperienza da provare.

Un soggiorno eccezionale. L’ambiente è calmo, pulitissimo e ordinatissimo. Il letto futon e gli arredamenti stile giapponese donano un senso di armonia all’insieme. Il soggiorno in “homestay” per me è ideale perché mi fa sentire accolta e inserita in un ambiente realistico nella vita di tutti i giorni. I gestori e lo staff sono fantastici, si sono presi cura di me, rispondendo alle richieste, aiutandomi a organizzare le visite nel miglior modo con tanti suggerimenti. La colazione eccellente, (due portate principali: una ciotola di noodle in zuppa o asciutti e una porzione di involtini di riso o simili, infine yogurt e frutta). La posizione è ideale perché fuori dal centro turistico, vicina al tempio Tu Hieu e a tantissimi altri templi (pagoda) e luoghi storici.

I have been travelling to Vietnam for 20+ days now every day staying at a different place. This is by far the best hotel/homestay I have been in Vietnam. Both the owners and the staff are beyond expectations.

The homestay was very beautiful an calm. The family and stuff were extremly nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and made with lot of love. We felt very welcome and loved to be there and hope to come back once <3
