The location was close to Central Beach in Sozopol, which we found better than the other one.
A fruit shop nearby and a small shop downstairs where we could buy beer at a good price (2 leva).

Air conditioning worked well.
They considered our request for a parking spot. Even though it was at the corner and not marked, it was fine, paid separately at the reception, and we had no issues with the authorities. There are also a few more parking spots available next to the sidewalk, under the linden trees.
Wi-Fi only worked properly at the reception, not in the yard or on the upper floors (3rd–4th).
The TV was mounted too low, with no English menu and no option to change subtitles.
Bathroom setup was uncomfortable: the shower hose was too short, so you had to shower between the sink and toilet, splashing water everywhere, with no mop to dry the floor.
Walls were thin, so we could hear neighbors.
No mosquito net on the balcony door, so if we kept it open, mosquitoes would come in.
In the morning, the garbage truck came twice and made a lot of noise (property is located at an intersection).
The view was only towards the street – not unpleasant, but no beach view from our room.

The internet service (wifi) never works, that is, you don't have internet at the hotel if you need it and when you have, you can't open the apps on your cell phone, this is horrible.😩😩 as me there is no lift if you stay on the top floor your room, 🙈😩😩😩 One big thing is that the hotel is not called as indicated on the reservation, it has another name and it is sometimes very complicated when tourists try to find the hotel and get confused.
Velmi milý a vstřícný personál, ochotně pomohli s jakýmkoliv požadavkem. Na požádání objednali taxi na letiště a následně udělali vše pro to, abychom se tam dostali včas. Výjimečná kvalita obsluhy, velmi domacké a útulné, blízko pláží, neni co vytknout.
Sozopol is great, and staying at Alatoni made our holiday even nicer.

If you’re on the top floors, the stairs might come heavy for luggage, but it’s not that bad overall
Mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, much more than any hotel I’ve visited in the area. The air conditioning units were also a very high grade and worked wonderfully. The room was very clean when we arrived, it had also been recently renovated. The staff were very polite and helpful. Location is literally less than 100 meters from the beach, and around 15 meters from the hotel entrance there was a corner store. Hotel staff also helped us find parking nearby.
Room cleaning service only came every other day.

Всичко беше много хубаво! Стаята беше супер, чиста с тераса. Под хотела има магазини и ресторанти като бистрото Морски Дяволи е топ ресторант. Морето и старият град са на една ръка разстояние.
Единственото, което не ми хареса, е че няма паркинг. Иначе всичко друго е топ!
