Bad experience. They charged 700 rupees for an extra bed, one double room cost 1200.
Pros:

Nothing, because they charged extra money from my parents. They fooled them, because they are old people.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms, one for my parents and the other for two relatives of mine who are really old. They asked for an extra bed for the driver and charged 700 for it. That means, an extra bed on the floor costs more than the double bed for a person. Wow, that's interesting. Wait for the takeaway.!!Then, while vacating the room, they again took advantage of those poor old people by charging more money for commission charges. Such greedy morons. If I was there this should not happen.

it was a good, comfortable , safety stay
Pros:

rooms interior rooms and bathroom was clean and hygenic toilet accessories was available ac and fan was comfortable , staff behaviour , over all it was good

Cons:

eventhough it was mentioned in booking.com confirmation page aircondtioning will be there , but when we checked in they told only 2 deluxe room has ac and rest 4 rooms were non ac , later they alloted us 4 ac rooms and 1 nonac for 12 people and charged extra Rs.2116, that was acceptable for us , but booking.com should not mention the facilities which are not provided by the hotel
